Those with mobility issue can sit on chair and put feet on one side of trampoline while someone else exercise on it, both people receive benefit 😊 awesome exercise, get rid of depression, convenient exercise at home anytime, help family bonding and most importantly improve health

5 years later.........I hope you're doing well. I really enjoy your videos. I have a rebounder on order. I had a heart attack in 2010, so this Health Targeting routine really speaks to me. Also, being an insomniac, I intend to do your Relax routine before bedtime. I would also like to do one of your other routines for toning, coordination, etc sometime during the day also. I refuse to be that old man that has to hobble around on a cane or walker. In your opinion, should I do the one for toning first (before breakfast) or the Health Targeting routine first. I know that I'll have to work into everything slowly because at 74, muscles don't recuperate quite as fast as they did 50 years ago! Please keep up the GREAT work!

I did 30 minutes on my cellersizer this morning. I've been using mine almost daily for over ten years. The four replacement springs that came with it are still in a drawer. I'm 68, 5'11", 168 pounds. Rebounding keeps me trim.
I'm wondering how it feels compared to a regular spring rebounder. Can you divulge?
@@wapiti128 It isn't as smooth, but my feet land flat. The coning of the Bellicon killed my ankles. However, I over pronate. If you have better feet, the bungee cord type might work well for you.
