Rebounder Workout / Trampoline Workout/ All Cardio / Jumpsport
This fun and challenging 45 min low impact high intensity workout will definitely burn calories. We will start with a warm up and bounce our way through this sweaty cardio routine! This workout will leave you feeling energized and accomplished. Please listen to your body and take breaks at any time. Remember that your endurance will improve with practice. To get the best results, push down into the trampoline, engage your core and use your lower body strength! If you are looking to lose weight, make sure to include strength training into your fitness regime. Check out my strength and cardio rebounder workout. Please stick around for a grounding and relaxing stretch! Believe me, your body will thank you tomorrow! :)

    37:58 Just when I was about to complain that I was feeling sluggish and not in the mood to workout, you saying that you got out of bed at 5 AM (!!!) to make this video for us, that really put things into perspective for me!     Loved it! I'm 67 and have been doing your 30 min cardio workouts and 30 min HIIT that has your friend along. Today I tried this one and made it to the end. Admittedly, I can't do all those squat jumps, but I can do a few and then regular squats so maybe I'll get there.. All the rest of the workout, I can do. Killer. You are my favorite instructor and have the best workouts, IMHO.

    Thank you Naomi for another amazing 45 minute trampoline workout! I did this for the first time yesterday and loved it. Great new moves, loved the criss cross leg squat (although it nearly killed me lol!)     Woke up at 5:00!!! Wow! I really appreciate and respect your dedication, Naomi. Thank you so much. I sweat like water falls on my back, and my face was like octopus after this workout. At around 15 min to go, my body was somehow still moving, but my coordination was gone! Lol I really enjoy it. I will definitely coming back on this one.

    This one was very heavy on coordination for me too! It felt mentally more challenging because the moves were switching so quickly and some of them my body wasn’t used to. Glad I’m not the only one!

    @@Blewbl Oh Gosh! I hear you! I made mistakes too and had to re -film! I decided to become a professional dancer performer when I was 27 and started dancing with people waaay more experienced than myself. Anyway, it was very humbling experience and I made many mistakes along the way. Long story short, I know all about the struggles of learning choreo. It was my biggest struggle! :)

    This is a great cardio and ab toning workout. I love that you have the timer visible, I always want to know how much time I have left. It is hard to find longer rebounding workouts that don't incorporate weights or long cool down and stretches. Thank you for taking the time and the energy to do this for us! We appreciate you.

    Are you aware of the calorie burn for the rebounder? I just began two months ago, training 4-5 days a week. Looking for weight loss.

    HI Mikala! Most of my rebounder workouts are designed to burn a lot of calories. However, this is going to depend on what type of rebounder you have and much effort you are putting into pushing down into the trampoline. The cheaper stiff trampolines are much easier than my Jumpsport model. I burned around 450 calories in this workout. My 30 min HIIT cardio routines will burn around 300 cals. This is going to greatly depend on your technique, your age and fitness level. If you are trying to lose weight and want to see results, you want to make sure you are strength training.
