Challenging 20 Mins Intermediate Weighted Rebounding Circuit on a Jumpsport Fitness Trampoline

An Intermediate Circuit using weights to spice things up a bit. Working for 1 minute 30 seconds with then a 30 second rest, I decided to skip the rest part and add in some Power Jumps. Obviously these are optional, but the whole point of this workout is to kick some butt and really make you go for it! Choose your weight wisely as you still want to concentrate on good posture throughout the whole workout. Good luck!

    Challenging and fun non-stop-20 min rebounding. BPM (bits per min) was 143 and 285 calories burned. No other workouts does that in such a short time. Thank you very much... Seriously awesome! 😎 Wishing you continued success.

    Have done this earlier, but still a great one. Do it with 1.5 kg and that is fine… only some pain when holding for 8 😂. As always thank you for guiding me!

    I think your Intermediate classification is correct. Very intense intermediate workout with good moves and smooth transitions from one to the next. Was afraid of the Power Jumps for the 30 second rest period but was able to get through it all very well. Fantastic workout. Felt like quitting a few times but had that wonderful feeling of accomplishment after completing the workout. Another hit for the music; strong and interesting percussion and electronic instrument sounds (I was always able to stay on the beat plus the driving intensity of the music kept me engaged). Well done Scott!

    Fantastic workout, definitely intermediate as I only had 2 pound weights to use. Afterwards to get in some extra time I did the day 5 of your home series and my arms felt weightless. :-) Then finished up with the 7 min bounce fit add on the two of you did. I really like the videos you guys record together, so fun! Will definitely repeat this again.

    SanFran Fitness it was fabulous I’ve already done it twice now. I really prefer the intermediate workouts and I like your longer sessions: at least 25 minutes. I often will combine two 20 minute sessions when I need a longer workout. 😊

    Thought this would be a good finish to my day....boy did it finish it 😂 But i did it all with a 2kg and it didn't compromise my form , so I'm so happy.I love this music, its one of my favourites, i find the tempo seems to change just as I'm flagging which is brilliant 🎉🎉 Its cold here today but I'm like a furnace now🥵🥵No need to put heating on for a bit 😂Definitely going to put this in my regular list 👏👏

    I think I am more than an intermediate rebounder, I usually try advanced ones, and this seemed advanced in my opinion. I used 3 lb weights as that is the smallest I have. Whew!

    Not done this workout before ....and boy was it challenging 🥵🥵I watched it the night before and worked out where i could use 2kg weights as well as 1kg. It was a killer though...and those jump squats in between moves could only have come from the mind of an evil genius 😈😈Especially after the squat challenge 🥴But the music was brilliant...one of my favourites and as with all your workouts you can adapt if you need to...but i managed to keep up before i collapsed .....and I definitely couldn't do another workout afterwards 😂 I love being able to do cardio and arms together so this was perfect. 💪🏻💪🏻

    Good! I’m not there yet! Still on bouncing getting the form ! My knee does always come back to proper position when I take footing off the rebounding! ! I wonder if it’s the rebounder- tight to bounce-- and it’s a cheap unit ! But to start I guess it’s ok ! Sure would like your input.

    Bonnie InTheSpirit what do you mean your knee comes back to proper position? If it is a cheaper brand of rebounder then you will find that yes it probably gives you a harder bounce and maybe will have more impact on your joints. But we understand not everyone can afford a flashy rebounder. Do whatever feels best and if you think rebounding is your thing then maybe investing in something a little bit more on a commercial use basis would be better as and when you can. In the meantime, keep up the good work 👍

    Hate this work out ! Lol ! I liked it but i did it without weight and it was so difficult for me ! But i will try it again .. and again and maybe one day i will can use weight

    Bonnie InTheSpirit the pants were actually made for me my one of our followers. She is called the Sink Artist on fb. I can’t copy her website onto this post but check her out on fb or on our fb page as she often comments when I’m wearing them. Her name is Brenna Christine.

    Around 3-5 lbs. I normally use 1-1.5kg
