Lipedema is a condition caused by an abnormal accumulation of fat in the body. By stimulating the lymphatic system, we encourage the lymph valves to open and push lymph fluid along the canals, helping to break down fatty tissue and eliminate waste.
This workout is ideal for beginners, anyone with restricted movement or just needing a slower pace. Bouncing at 110BPM, this is one of our slowest classes and you can do as much or as little of this class as you like.

    FINALLY, a slow enough pace that I can keep up. PLEASE do more 10 to 15 minute workouts at 110. Older, overweight beginner here who really appreciates it.

    I’m not a beginner and I don’t have lipedema, but I love the pace of this workout! Others are just to fast , so stressful if I try to keep up. I also really love the arm movements that help strengthen postural muscles. Thank you and please make more at this speed 😊

    I don't have lymphatic issues myself, but my hubby does, so I did this to show him what it's about. I may never advance past beginner stage, but I use small hand weights and bounce with you almost daily. Thank you for including a variety of motivating routines !

    This is a fabulous bounce for your late day bounce. It’s for anyone really, even if you don’t have lymphedema, like me. You can add more bounce to it if you are comfortable on your rebounder. 110 bpm is a glorious pace when you are winding down and have already done your 130bpm morning routine. It’s definitely going to be a go to for me every night 🥰❤️❤️❤️. Thank you my dear Claire Francis

    Yes we did and we also enjoyed the 4000 steps by both of you. We followed other rebounding channels but we found yours are more structured and well organized. We feel like having a complete workout with you. We also doing gi qong and Taichi.

    We tried different videos from you and Scott, for beginners with weight, upper body and belly, also love your 2 Plus size series and did try the 15 min for beginners (the one with jumping jacks), 18 min for Beginners by Scott. Of course there are many others that we find too difficult to do. We are active older adults and we love doing exercises.     Thank you for this! I just recently came across one of your workouts for Rebounding and eventually found this. Just tried it and it is so wonderful. My rebounder is placed inside my house facing my backyard, which is full of trees. When I had this video on, I felt like I am doing this with you outside. I am just a beginner, I did finish your entire time in the second try. I look forward to improving my speed (may have to tighten the bungees) and strength. Very much appreciate your coaching so I can follow along.

    Loved this, great pace to start my rebounding with. Whilst I don not suffer from Lipedema and wouldn’t say particularly unfit, as I’m getting older so the quicker pace is hard to keep with. Thank you for the recommendation.

    Hi Claire, I did this workout today, and really enjoyed it. Sometimes I’m in the mood for something slower pace. I did do jack legs for a lot of it because of my knees. It’s harder for me to bounce on them, easier to move them and take the weight off of them more often. ❤

I will say if you decide to switch to bungees please don’t be surprised if you find the change very different to begin with. We used springs for 6 years in the UK and when we switched I felt really unfit because then bounce is a lot softer.     this is a great way to start your day. I just purchased a bungee rebounder after using a sprung rebounder for a few years, and the difference is palpable, literally. I've been working out most mornings for most of my adult life, and I definitely felt like a beginner with the bungee bouncer. My legs feel like they work harder, and I got a good sweat going this morning, so thanks a lot !

    This was a great workout. Burned 185!calories. I had cording after my lumpectomy and I always think about lymphatic drainage now. I am so happy I found your page (through Leaps and Rebounds)! I look forward to my journey with you rebounding!

    I loved your workout but couldn't keep up with you. I am 75 yrs. with lipodema / lymphoedema and 3 weeks into rebounding and can only do 10 mins twice a day. I have severe knee pain with arthritis so cannot do some moves like marching as I still do the health bounce and can't take my feet off the mat, but today I enjoyed bouncing side to side so that is improvement. I have massive leg swelling and just had leg bandaging to remove 5 kilo's of fluid. It seems I have adipose fat forever that won't ever go. Thank You for your video.

    Thank you for trying this and I understand that there are different stages of lipedema and it will effect people in different ways. This workout you can do as much or as little as you like so keep practicing and hopefully as time goes on you will feel more comfortable. It is all about adapting and making it suit you anyway. We have more classes like this in our beginners playlist that you might like to try as time goes on. I’m here if you need any guidance. Good luck Claire

    I find when I don’t eat carbs as much as I do, I find I don’t hold as much water at all. I can see definition when I do keto, which means the water isn’t hiding the muscles for me. I was really amazed when I do keto, I don’t starve myself I just cut back on carbs and I have a new looking body when I do that just because I’m not holding a bunch of water

    Ho appena finito l'allenamento e devo dire che mi ha aiutata molto a prendere confidenza con il trampolino. Avevo provato il video di un altro utente per principianti, ma la velocità dei movimenti era troppo eccessiva come prima volta. Grazie per aver condiviso il video.

    Have you tried some of my husbands low impact classes that are very similar to this? Rebounding for restricted movement and Beginners & older adults bounce. Both can be found in the beginners playlist

    Hi! I bought a trampoline during the pandemic. Three years later I learned that I have autism (late diagnosis) and I realize that the relief that the rebounder workouts give me are linked to my condition. As an adult (what they used to call "high functioniing" but that term is no longer appropriate) I now realize that my (pre-diagnosis) workouts (rebounder, walking, yoga, etc) were good in general but to give me a better workout as an autistic I need to take the stress level down. This workout was about just right. I don't see many workouts for autistic adults on KZread. Maybe it's an idea for you to consider. Also the music is problematic for me -- the repetitive beats and the piercing alertness is distracting and demotivating. But that said, thank you for your hard work!

    Thank you for your feedback. We have plenty of classes like this. What music does appeal? Maybe you could silence the video and use your own music and follow along that way for now?
