Great workout guys! I've been away for a bit and getting back into rebounding. I did this routine by myself and only bounced. I am really sweating. I missed the pups and loved seeing them.

The creativity that goes into the moves on the rebounder is second to none! My fav move is the one that didn’t get a name 7:20 , I nick named it “the bunny 🐇hop” 😂🤣 because tiny hops go forward and then big steps in reverse 🤷🏽♀️…. We had so much fun, the time just flew by. A BIG, thank you and a heartfelt hug to both of you for keeping us all in motion.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

One remark - for seniors is not safe to use rebounder without any handle. I do exercises even younger than seniors with my physiotherapist and the handle is necessary in some exercises and also to avoid falling down in case of sudden dizziness that can occur any time

Thank you for you input but I’m afraid I’m going to have to disagree with you on this one. How can you generalise this comment for everybody without knowing their capability? It’s completely wrong and not true at all. We have plenty of members that are over the age of 70 that are more than capable and actually would give any younger person a run for their money. Plus at the end of the day if a person knows that there capabilities are limited I’m sure they can use some common sense and think maybe a stability bar would be needed. If you are needing to use a stability bar with your physiotherapist then that is fine but that will not be the case for everyone. Many thanks and maybe try our step by step series if this was too much for you.
