Tough 30 Mins Intermediate/Advanced Rebounding Circuit on a Leaps & Rebounds Trampoline

I hope you have lots of energy for this workout. This is going to have you working from start to finish. Using a circuit system, we will be doing active cardio for a full 2 mins, followed by a 30 second squat resting period.
Remember to take things at your own pace and use that 30 second rest time if things start to get tough.

OMG! I need a nap now. Excellent and loved it. I used 1 pound weights. After 2 1/2 months of rebounding my body Is firmer and even my boyfriend said that. I told him it was rebounding. I’m a sweaty mess and happy now.

OMG! I did this today after doing the BEST 25 minutes rebounding for two weeks, I almost quit but I persist! 🤣 what a workout! I will continue for 2 weeks until I find another one of your wonderful videos 🙂

Claire, you are amazing, I keep watching you, trying my best to copy your bounce, just not happening. ..yet. You look like you are doing the moguls on your short skis, just amazing. So I will keep trying to get better, this is hands down my favorite rebounder exercise. I try to do 3 per week, the benefits are already showing with reduced cellulitis on the back of my thighs and overall much tighter and muscular thighs. Keep up the impressive work

This is a great format!!! Goes fast and I love the squats for rest period. I was thinking about adding wrist or light hand weights and 2 minutes later you said the same thing 😂👍🏻

Wow Claire, Was this ever the BOMB! 2 mins was long but in a good way. I get messed up on the diamond jacks but I make it work still push on and harder and sometimes faster. Loved every ounce of it! Loved the squats-just when you think you've caught your breath another 2 comes up. What a great one!

2 years on and this still has me sweating buckets but I more or less kept up apart from the sprint, only managed about 45 seconds of that before having to revert to a jog, but in all not too bad! The flabby 🕷️
