    By far, this is my go-to rebounder workout. I use 5lb weights to make it even more challenging. The ab workout at the end is amazing! Although I’m not a fan of planks lol so I repeat the leg switches and V-legs set. Also, I now add a couple sets of these ab workouts to all of your rebounder workouts. 🙌🏻🥵😃

    Claire, I finally got to do this workout today and as always, another great one! I started with 3 pounds and had to go down by the last exercise. I really like the way you added on and stuck to a move for a while so we could really get the burn. I’ve never done Peter Pans and I love working abs on a rebounder. I definitely got my sweat on. I combined this with some lower body work on my Pilates chair and it was perfect. Thanks Claire❣️

    This is a great workout. Loved the first track❤️! More arm work building like the first 15 mins please. I did 0.5 on ankles and 2kg on arms. Bounces were softer but feel amazing. Abs were great. Last 8 was v hard🎉🎉🎉🎉😊

    I said i would try weights in the stomach section so i managed 1.5 kg for sit backs , not so easy with sit bounces 🤔And then for leg switches i held arms straight and still and then back and up for V legs. I quite enjoyed being inventive...and was still able to do the moves properly. Thanks for the encouragement ...💪🏻💪🏻

    That was really fun and different. It was challenging for me. I loved the half situps and the planks too. Great workout! I felt tightness in the top of my feet, so occasionally I just bounced to give myself a break. But I loved the repititions and I'll definitely try this again. Thanks for your creativity and commitment!!!!!

    Last bounce before holiday .....but will be taking weights and mat to do supple strength etc...i can't imagine a week of doing nothing 😂I just love this one , the happy music and the flow of each exercise . I'm still working with 2kg but used 3 kg for shoulder press and upright row. May try 3 all the way through one day 🤔

    Love this workout..I'm using 2.5lb bells. They are OK but will purchase some lighter weights for this workout. Love the music beats on this. And the Peter pan legs are fabulous. My faves are the bycle legs for the abs.. ❤

    Hi Claire, flabby Spiderman back again! I wasn't quite sure if I was doing the Peter pan legs correctly, I'll have to watch that section of the video again. I was using 1.1 kg weights, which with my frozen shoulders/and or weak muscles was just about manageable. I had to duck out with 2 minutes left as those plank rolls were a struggle, couldn't quite finish. 🤔 Never mind, I'll keep at it, still doing the group classes here in South East England, wow, bounce during the heatwave we had here was basically impossible, 40 degrees Celsius on a couple of days! 😓 Hope all's well with you and yours.

    Hi Johnathan lovely to hear from you. Sorry about the frozen shoulder and I’m sure those weights were enough if that was the case. It’s a lot of arm work in this class. The planks you can modify by dropping to your knees or just switch them for something else. Have a lovely rest of your weekend

    This was a great workout.. managed to keep up with the arms section but struggled with the abs one. Loved the moves.. found slightly repetitive but I guess that was how it was meant to work to make it burn.

    I've been looking forward to trying this all day and it didn't disappoint.I really really enjoyed it 😍it was so easy to follow so I could concentrate on the moves , i stuck to 1.5 kg. The music made me feel so chilled yet i was totally a big bucket of sweat 🥵The arm part was so effective,and got the legs moving too , i really love a combination workout that does a bit of everything.The Peter Pan legs were brilliant, i felt quite graceful while my abs were shaking 😂Struggled with the planks ... definitely my weak point , so i will need to practice more with them. This is definitely one i will do again and again. I will nail those pesky planks. 😂😂Thanks for such a great workout, it was a great end to the day 👌🏻👌🏻

    This is one of my go to workouts, such a mood lifter ,you cant help finishing it with a sweaty smile on your face..I tried the whole bouncing part with 2kgs and found i could still bounce and get the arm moves right. I love the phrase "Halfway through "It gives you hope. 😂😂

    Fancied doing slightly heavier weights today (well heavier for me at least!) so did this with 3kg weights but did either a slight health bounce or took it out all together on some exercises - really felt the arms working which was great, until I needed them for the planks 🤣

    Hi Claire, My friend Pam and I have been working out with this video 3 x per week and looking and feeling fitter and stronger than ever before. If we were to move onto another video of yours, which would you suggest? We are so attached to this one that we don't want to move on!!! However, it might be wise to give the bodies something new.

Go to the playlist button and you will find them all categorised so it’s easy to find what you fancy. There is one called Advanced weights circuit that you might want to try.     This is a JumpSport trampoline. Very well made but it depends on your price bracket. Unfortunately you have just missed out on all the Black Friday deals but we have links below with information of each company trampolines we use and our discount links available

    1.5 pounds weights I'm new to rebounding but I made it 3/4 of the way through.

    Thats amazing 🤩 well done. You can always do it without if that helps to start and then gradually introduce the weights
