I and my daughter and a friend doing these work out for the last four years, 2 mails weekly 5 days we do.
Love it. If the music is loud, turn it down. I have just turned 70, and love the videos that get the heart rate up.

I came across this video for the first time. The older guy is sooo good at this I am embarrassed. Gonna do this everyday even if I pause 5 times till I do it all at one time
This is great to get me back in the game, I’m sweating!! It’s easy and fun but I can crank the intensity up in my own. I love seeing the diversity of people too. It’s beautiful

I needed to do some good cardio in less time and this made my day with helping me to put my toddler in a swing and for just 15 minutes I could squeeze myself into doing some cardio at home and that too Walk , no equipments nothing needed .....love you guys for making this wonderful video.
