In this video we are doing a 15 minute dance workout. You can follow along with us as we go through some Cumbia, Cha Cha, Salsa, Samba And American Rumba steps. This workout is a good introduction to some very popular basic dance steps!

Can people STOP commenting on the dance technique and just be thankful that someone is providing a fun way to exercise !!!!! What is wrong with all the negative nellies…… I don’t get it - life is too short. Dance and be thankful that you can……
I just got this on the TV. I am 79 and not very well with dancing and arthritis. But if I were in my 40s I would really want you to make this series. Wonderful way to learn how to do these dances without being embarrassed by trying to do them out in front of people. I'm impressed with how good you do.

Love that you enjoy! Most things can be done seated. Doesn’t look/feel exactly same but you may have some fun and fitness!

Arthritis can be cured 100% with 100% discipline for a few months, and I saw that with my brother. First thing to get rid of is SUGAR, all things made of white flower, milk and milk products, alcohol, coffee, red meat...no frying. Eating salads with fresh vegetables , grilled with chicken or fish. Oats nuts seeds, leafy greens, all fine.

@@MMimi-mg4qt … also add apple cider vinegar: start with 1/2 tsp in a glass of water on an empty stomach preferably in the morning and drink lemon / cucumber water…1/2 lemon 1/2 cucumber in slices to a jug of purified water…. Drink throughout the day….. at night 1/2 tsp and advance to 1tsp as tolerated .. EVOO before bedtime….

This was a fun alternative to my normal workout. I am a terrible dancer so there's some moves that I just had no idea what was going on so I just flailed around and danced around the room. It was still fun.

You can play it back at a slower speed to learn the movement. Then go back to normal speed.

I am 65 years old and is always in pains due to osteo and rheumatoid arthritis. I love dancing videos. Your videos has been amazing and helpful. You take great time to show your dancing moves. You are the best!

I hope u r well already. I suffer from depression occasionally too. Exercise is good way to work out the body though depression makes you unwilling to move. U have to fight it
I’m 75 and recovering from an injury; I had to modify a little bit but finished the entire routine! Added to my workout morning s. Thanks for making it fun!

Yes. I want to teach family classes again. Three level choreography so everyone can dance together. I have to get in shape first.
I just did it today, wow enjoyed it so much. Thank you for the new moves and footwork for me. I’m 73 years old but still active and followed all your moves. ❤️💕

For your followers (im a new fan!!) Who want to learn but need it slower, turn your screen to landscape, open settings change speed ! You can play it at 1/2 speed or 1/4 speed! You're phenomenal at showing the steps and instructing! Going to chaeck for some beginner's. Im 61 and on crutches but managed to do some of your moves and then just stayed up and moving for the rest of the video got my 15 minutes work out! And great music. Also learned new steps! Sent it to my niece and her 1 year old daughter. Aspen already loves to dance!! Shes just started walking and shes already standing on tiptoes and twirling!

I did it at 75% speed - perfect for me. Hey that's a pretty funny thought to picture somebody doing this routine on crutches. Thanks for the yuk!

Im a Type I Diabetic for 43 yrs now and for those days when I wake up with high blood sugars that feel horrendous, I do one of your 15 min dance lessons and it brings me joy (remembering all my years of dancing long ago) and helps my blood sugars top back to normal in just 15 minutes!! Thanks, your doing more than you think for us...
Love the simple steps and great music. ❤ being older it gets my soul moving before my body. 😮

This is the first time I saw your video and I love it. I used to dance 💃 ballroom every week during my day off. But since the pandemic I was not able to do it anymore. I love dancing 💃 and I miss it so bad 😌 I hope I can watch your new steps again next time!🙏❤️
Really appreciate the person in the back (in the shorts) showing how taller people can keep the rhythm, their balance, and generally look better keeping the steps smaller. Important reminder for us tall folks with high centers of gravity. :)

I liked it, although I think it was one of the cha cha moves in the middle of the video, where you did an immediate fast move with several steps without showing us how to do it slowly first. I don't think I ever got it right! Would be nice if you would do it slow first so we catch all the steps involved, as you do for most of the other moves.

I'll look for another dance exercise that teaches how to do the steps.. it's more like a showdown or an exercise for those who can already dance..

These are all just excuses. You slow it down and hit pause several times. You also do it like you’re looking at a mirror. The ‘left/right’ instructions become irrelevant. I taught cross training with weights as well as tension training and those were my 1st instructions

Have stopped taking walks for dif reasons where I'm living temporarily. Stretching on floor not cutting it. Looked at exercise dance videos and because I'm 72 went to the Senior ones. Yuk! Couldn't handle the music. I was at the Discos for a few years around 1980. We used Latin steps in the partner dances, and after the disco songs faded away I heard & felt the rhythm and movement of those dances in Latin music which I continue to love in several forms. So, this video is just what I need! Thank you 🙂
I agree with the lady who commented 'used this work out to get out of my seasonal depression'. Actually not necessarily seasonal depression for me but definitely feeling low. So I need to exercise that is fun. The gym doesn't do it for me. Thank you I am looking forward to following you and trying out every morning

Yes, I think she's doing the ballroom samba, which isn't the real samba, and neither is the music. It's a lot faster, and a lot harder. 😊

Ok, I'm 60, have had MS FOR 35 years and left leg completely numb and it's now progressing. Arthritic and have SI joint failure. BUT I was once a dancer and an athlete. In the dark ages. Lol. I THINK I can adjust this to suit my ability level! (Do not try this ppl without you PT OR DOC) do as I say not as I do. I'm so looking forward to at least feeling a little like a person who can still dance while getting my much needed exercise!!! Thank you!!! I just stumbled on this at just the right time❤

I've been doing this routine daily for a few months now (swapping with other videos from this channel). I've always found exercise boring and constantly battle with motivation, only to end up losing. But this is different. Not only do I thoroughly enjoy the sessions, I actually look forward to them.

Wow, I'm 75 and arthritic. I'm usually exhausted doing Jane Fonders workout for oldies. Didn't think for a minute I could do this but really enjoyed it and didn't get as tired. I didn't struggle too much to keep up and adapted a little. But I can only get better. Thank you. 😊

Would dance back in the 80s down the street,& at home to lose & keep wt off. Now I have very bad arthritis on the outside of my knees,so it's hard to dance even at home; but I'll give your video a whirl & see how I do. Thanks for posting this!!
