  Aivars, got only one question, if it's possible to answer, I will be happy. I own Mac mini m1 with 16GB ram and 256GB SSD, is it okay to do iOS dev on that or is it weak or it will be old next year? Thank you if u will answer me, I want to know your opinion, or anyone else.

  M1 with 16GB of the Ram is still decent machine. It is hard to guess what would you do with it in a year if you just starting, but I doubt it will be necessary to upgrade asap. Sure there is difference between M1 and M3, but I'm still using M1 Pro and it is fine for development work.

  A view from the domain of business software: 1) speed - you don't need it. Flutter or even react native are fast enough, not worth the extra cost. 2) newest sensors or OS features - you won't need it. If there's a new sensor released now it'll take more time to get high enough userbase for it to matter than it'll take google to release flutter support for it. 3) i forgot what other reasons he gave 😂 but basically - it's totally not worth the cost of keeping two teams. In the realm of business software, that is. Maybe games or some specialized consumer apps are different 🤷‍♂️

  I'm still running M1 Pro, waiting for M4 Max. M3 Pro is plenty for development, but I'm looking on Max models because photo and video editing.

  Hello. Here is my situation i love iOS development but the problem is in my country there is not a big demand in iOS developers but there is a big demand in js frontend developers. But I dont like frontned dev that much and I also need money for a living. What should i do? Take a risk for iOS or learn frontned?

  I guess there is a bigger competition between fronted developers as well, so it will be challenge whatever you choose. If you see that can get job as a frontend developer, take that and switch to iOS latter if will like to do that.

  Definitely worth it having a vertical monitor. I totally disagree with your perspective. Do whatever suits you guys, don’t let anyone tells you if something’s worth it or not. Not everyone suits their needs and preferences.

  I'm a PartTime iOS Indie App Creator, and work for a company with Flutter, I have knowledge in both technologies, in my opinion for AppStore Flutter is not enough, 50% of software in AppStore have interoperability between AppleVisionPro, Macbook, AppleWatch and iPhone. I can start a task on my MacBook, read this task in my watch and finish them on my iPhone, and sorry but Flutter is not enough for this case. My indie software have this interoperability, using only Swift, Swiftui and SwiftData. With the best performance and support by Apple
