Thanks for this video. I currently use Notes on my mac for all my planning (also an indie dev who uses a nuphy keyboard!). I'll give Notion a try.

You can start simple and build up from that. My template is relatively simple, you can try to use it. If that too much, just start from scratch and try to use it for note first.

I'm using GoodNotes and Notability apps. When note is done or updated I jus drop screenshot or PDF in notion for reference

I do not plan to buy arm for the Apple studio display, because it doesn't have vesa mount. I have a few arms already which I'm using for other monitors that I have. Here is a video review for good one: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dIuju7R_YKqdm7Q.html

@@routeboy8628 I never used dual monitor arm. It takes a bit less space on desk, but IMO it is less flexible solution and you can't move arms around separately if needed.
