Wow, these number are kind of scary. I am about to launch my first app and i was thinking about monitization. It got me thinking and a little worried. It`s rought, i guess it takes some time to really get a good income from somthing like this. You are an inspiration, thank you so much for making this video. I admire your work and your insights. I implemented Native Ad view in one of my apps and that performs better, but I didn't have time to make video about that yet

Yes, that's what I was told. Doesn't sound crazy high to me, but that's still much more than I see in revenue from ad banners. If you have different statistics and are willing to share, that could be nice to know

I would say that it's correct and even on a good side. It also depends on how aggressive you are with ads. If you bombard users with nonstop ads then most likely you will make more than 2.5k from 150k active users, but other question is how long they will be your users 😆 From my experience with very non aggressive approach to ads that revenue number is even lower. It also depends from what countries most of the active users come, because that can drastically change your revenue + how much time users spend on your app.

@@Oby86 Yeh, time spent in the app and country are very important. Overloading app with ads can help to bump revenue in the short term but scare users away in the longer perspective.
