Would agree that the Neue Klasse's Kidney grill is more attractive than their current cars. What is considered good design can be subjective however bad design is universal.
675km range for us metric peeps
back up generator- on wind turbines at sea, each one has a diesel generator on board for the same reason.
No buttons etc? Same mistake as Tesla then. No thanks.
Yea right
Id rather be seen driving a Carver than one of these stupid inventions which in the past proved themselves to be dangerouswith no escape from a head on collision.
to smal to be usefull for families and to pricey. The EV transition is slowly failing due the the inablity/not willingnes of car manufacturers to build affordable sub 25K EV family cars.
I have just bought one of these. And I can honestly say I am very impressed. It's so comfortable and smooth. Full of tech. I have driven a lot of vehicles.. And to be quite honest, this is probably my favourite. Now where's my keys?? I need a mocha in a mokka.
Great! A trunk on Wheels! Take your Bare Essentials and Tide your suitcase around! Lovely 😊 Going to the Bumper Cars with my Son Immediately!
Did you just call the CE04 a motorcycle? It's a Scooter.
exciting content and funny video
Saloon reminds me of the late 90s quattroporte
I REALLY ❤ this
Sorry, Elon's.
The ancient Egyptians would love it, Elton's sarcophagus.
Usually people who put few hundred k km in the first 3yrs will hv a better running car…
I am interested in the car but don’t care about the programmable exterior lights. They could also make this vehicle more approachable on price by removing that screen for the front passenger…it really is an unnecessary cost.
do you need a license to drive this in europe
Love the look of that sedan!!
The are the Vision Neue Klasse concepts, I'm amazed no one has mentioned the original Neue Klasse models that set the template for all of the classic models of the 60s through the 80s into the 90s. From Wikipedia: The BMW New Class (German: Neue Klasse) was a line of sedans and coupes produced by German automaker BMW between 1962 and 1972. These models ensured BMW's solvency after the company's financial crisis of the 1950s and established the identity of BMW automobiles as sports sedans.
Too bad Ford ran out of names for the cars and started recycling Mustang and Explorer. It'll cause confusion if this car will ever make it to America.
This guy's dull
The problem is the Tesla model 3 ludicrous is out and ridiculous good value, will be incredibly hard to compete with them and even other brands models that are out. Too late.
Zero faith in BMW longevity. They most likely will drift niche luxury all north of 100k.
If the design language expressed in the concept drawings is anywhere near what the production cars turn out to be like, then that will be a MAJOR improvement of what BMW have been churning out over recent years, especially on the front end. Those front grills of recent years always reminded me of the film, The Fly - dead ugly!
Pity Nissan didnt honour the referb battery, seems the only way now to change the battery is to buy one from an accident damaged car.
Looks and sounds a lot like a Tesla's interior hmmm? 😮
It all sounds rather good (and looks good too!). I don't understand the blip after the i3 but as long as they get back on track I can love BMW again.
Another "top trim" spaff, what about your average motorist.... Steering wheel and seat the only standard equipment.
Seems to be awfully like 1) mimicking Volvo (the EX30 in particular), and 2) also like Volvo, some degree of partnering with the Chinese?
The biggest glaring problem I see in the concept is the complete lack of physical switches and nobs. Unless somehow its going to have voice activated accessories
03:00 extend those arrows on both sides, this is not 4.17 m 😂
Not buckteeth anymore, but a moustache
It looks much better., at least the outside. I have an iX and the look 'grows on you', but it takes time. I hope they also bring back the fun of the i3. And finally, I hope the '4 brains' will be able to control the tendency of the iX to turn things on that I do not want and actually turned off (all kind of beeps for various functions). Looking forward to your first review of the New Class.
That's a golf car
BATTERY is NOT THE ANSWER for everything, TOOOOOO HEAVY !!! WHY DON'T THEY use BIO-FUEL intaed ??!!
I hate Chinese made cars mg are unsafe I will never get one if I can drive I will get a Kia EV 9
Over 400 miles of range.
Polestar 4 wayyyy better.
Prove it.
I'm not that much of a BMW guy, but anything is fine by me if it's an EV 4 seater. This, the Nio Et9, etc. Also I never realised the i3 was discontinued, I've seen so many of them. A shame, to be honest Also also, I really do like the style of the IX and the (top spec) I7
I want to know how much he’s spent on tires and maintenance
Thank you - this is really useful! Is there anywhere that I can find a transcript of this recording?
Good looking car but the rest I’ll believe when I can buy it.
Diesel over electric seems like a plausible solution.
I loved the design of the Alfa Milano, too bad they stopped it.
I think this is a good move by BMW. Their recent cars have been downright ugly, and I was beginning to think they had really lost the plot. The saloon reminds me of an updated 507, not a bad thing at all! As for ease of disassembly, that would certainly be a welcome change- Bimmers are notoriously nightmarish to work on, requiring massive tear down to solve simple problems
A design feature perhaps? Steering owners into the jaws of the main dealer, who possesses the specialist tools ...
Personally, I am disappointed that Alfa Romeo is discontinuing the gas-powered Giulia and now focusing on EVs. To me, that's a step backwards and if anything they should have offered the Giulia in a manual transmission in the US which would have been a step forwards. No one knows the future, but my impression is that EVs are a fad and that some much better technology will come along in the next 10-20 years that may rival gas-powered cars and relegate EVs to Betamax status.
Trying to determine if Imogen actually does look like that one british actress ive seen in all the movies or if I just think that because they both have british accents 🤷♂️
This isn’t cool it’s a gulf state vanity project and has no practical purposes. Just build electric trains, it’s not complicated.
