Maybe palpatine didn’t want maul to train the inquisitors incase they became to powerful and over threw him which could’ve led to another sith civil war

Honestly, I think that Maul's rage was his biggest downfall. I think he would've eventually become a problem for Palpatine no matter what, and if he'd become the emporer I suspect he would've become paranoid without the next goal to focus on.

I'm impressed to know that Palpatine was capable critical analysis of his style and training; he was quick to reject Luke's assertions on the Death Star, yet here he is in reflection. I'd have liked to see Maul's storyline bump into another Sith Lord in the Shadows to have trained him further, and or for Maul to have a family - the offspring of two truly powerful force beings, to be a rival to Vader and maybe Luke.. Maul's arc was cut short needlessly.

The challenge was for Palpatine, if he truly was this impressive a Sith Lord/Master, to take on both Vader and Maul; he never wanted a rule of two, so having Vader constantly on his toes and Maul edging to rise up was a worthy test, equally for his Red Guards and his inate Sith skills to govern, control, dominate and suppress. In this, Palpatine believed he was the final Sith; he'd subdued prophesy of the 'one who would bring balance' and unlike Vader and Maul, he was whole, without machine parts with the power of essence transfer to rule forever... Great video. Thanks so much.

Part of what makes Kenobi is his faithfulness to the Jedi order. He faced so much and never even looked to the dark side. I think it would ruin his character if there were to be any way he’d go dark.

You got an “A” for effort according to Hollywood standards. But in reality there’s no way Maul makes the Inquisitors any better than what they were. Only Hollywood would allow a group with such little experience and training to be as good as required. Case in point, look at all these Celebrity boxers who think they’re real boxers.

It's pretty obvious. Darth Bane actually was the Sithari. Sidious was close but lost to a drug smuggler, a walking carpet, a prissy protocol droid, a beat up astromech, a whiny teenager, a cocaine snorting princess and 100 teddy bears, oh and a gambler who wore a cape...🤣

I am hearing that there was a huge gap of time between Bane and Tenebrous's Master. Then I'm hearing that Tenebrous schemed to have Plagueis birthed. Plagueis was HOW old when Palpatine killed him? The truth is there were plenty of Sith during that fabled millennium, wasn't there? They just laid low and sometimes never got to amount to anything because they couldn't contain their greed, right?
