The story is such a load 💩and has zero credibility. First of all Amala is a completely different track than Miami rewards low down force 0.3 seconds per lap is extremely difficult to get I guess we'll see.

McLaren have definitely set the bar for upgrades. There’s a lot of hype around these Ferrari upgrades, so they better hope they work! I honestly think the McLaren updates still have more performance in them than we saw at Miami.

Well, Newey will go to the team that offers him an ownership stake, thats my guess. He has said in the past thats why he left Williams and that he wanted some ownership . Aston would be wise to notice this, but i hope he goes to Mclaren personally

And FYI Liberty Media doesn't even have coverage of formula 1 events like they do in Europe. The United States is the only place where they have three races, but if you want to watch them ESPN will only show you practice qualifying and the race. As soon as those events are over they'll cut to women's softball or ping pong. We don't get to see any other coverage like sky Sports does in the UK! If they want to grow the fan base in the United States act like it!

You have two past formula 1 drivers in andretti global General motors is an international company and formula 1 doesn't want to let them in. This is utter stupidity! They should be allowed to be the 11th team, and if any other companies want to join they should be able to and they should have qualifying that allows a certain number of cars on the grid and if cars can't make a qualifying position in the top 20 or 24 then those cars don't race that weekend. Let andretti try to be competitive. I just think they don't want an Indy car team on to the F1 paddock.

My guess is McLaren is in a good position to get Newey if they want him. Nobody would expect it and Newey is right that Toto is not a good team boss as he is more of a politician than an effective leader.

You can't expect a champion to join your failing team and expect the team to all the sudden be better. Mercedes needs to fix their car first or they won't be attracting any good drivers. Besides the new regulations, Toto only knows about winning while running the team, now that they aren't winning, it seems like he doesn't know what to do.

Same reason Alonso Stayed at Aston. Mercedes is behind them in pace, and then AM will be getting the engine that is currently in the Red Bull. For once, Alonso has probably made the right career choice in staying at his current team and not chase money.

A competitive F1 car has four main parts: the engine, aero, great driver, and tyres. Tyres are the same for all. Silver Arrows have historically been great with the engine. Hence, if they get Newey with Sainz, they could make a huge comeback.

Sorry, but Sainz isn't champion material. He may have won Ferrari's only race in 2023 and 2024 so far, but he lacks the consistency to perform a whole season. I bet he'll finish again behind Leclerc, even if he have zero pressure for his last races at Ferrari.

Why do you English people always refer to hamilton as the greatest driver hes NOT his car made him what he is and for such a great driver he made a lot of mistakes in Miami and like Alonso said he can only win from the front so whats so great about him.

I think he was referening to Hamiltons 'Paper records'. On paper. He's the 'Greatest'. But if you look at other drivers, you could say otherwise. You can always say a driver is only as good as the car and team behind him. Put Verstappen in the Hass and he'll not be driving top 5 positions. I think drivers get lucky with the car. Talent and the car all work together.

On paper he has won more than anyone else, that's why he gets called the greatest. He's not my favourite ever driver and you could argue that there have been more skilled drivers in the past who haven't been in the right car at the right time but if you're going by his records, he is the greatest

For me, watching the race I was thinking that F1 needs to put a stop to it. It was wrong, just wrong. No matter who was behind him. The problem is how penalties are delt with during races. They need to come up with a better way to deal with it. Like, if you got more then 10s penalty, it converts to a drive thru to be served in 3 laps time - except on the last lap, for obvious reasons - that if not served, would disqualify the TEAM from the race. That would put a stop to all the shenanigans teams have had recently. Peace and long life! 🖖

Ferrari didn't bring any upgrades to Miami, they are bringing them to imola. McLaren had all their upgrades on Lando's car and only about 70% of them on Piastri's. Look for Ferrari to be better at imola and Piastri to be better at imola as well, but Red Bull are bringing upgrades to imola so look for that too. Most teams are waiting until imola for major upgrades because it costs less to ahip the parts and test them in Europe instead of the otherside of the world on a sprint weekend.
