    Best way to lose belly fat as a man. Take in no more than 1800 calories of healthy food per day. Workout at least 4 to 5 days a week. Do 30 minutes of weight training followed by 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill. Be consistent do not skip workouts or cheat on your calories. When I say take in 1800 calories just know if you do 30 minutes of weight training an 30 minutes on the treadmill you lose about 400 calories. This means you can eat 2200 calories per day. After 90 days or more you will be satisfied with the results!

    Ah yes let's all eat organic lettuce and filtered water, if that is healthy life who wants to live a long life? That kind of life is tasteless torture! So ball it all up into a gluten free, gritty sugarless ball, bend over and.....

    But WHY is cream sauce bad? It's ketogenic. Garlic, organic grass fed butter and cream, no flour, mix in veggies, serve over gnocchi. It helps me maintain my healthy weight. The dairy neutralizes oxylates.

  • @Fitfatherproject
    @Fitfatherproject8 сағат бұрын

    If you make your own cream sauce, it can be ok! It’s still super high in calories relative to the volume… especially when paired with pasta (which would inherently make the meal not keto unless you’re using some kind of zero carb noodle).

    70 years old now. My family has a history of Alzheimer's. I've been training naturally for over 50 years and proud of it. I'm researching TRT now and have had blood drawn yesterday. So I'll find out in about a week how I stand. My total was 325 five years ago. I have had days where I feel foggy and not getting very good sleep. I'm scared about getting Alzheimer's.

    Does the fast still work if I’m adding a tiny bit of chia seeds to my gallon of water like literally a sprinkle of or salt for electrolytes

  • @Fitfatherproject
    @Fitfatherproject15 сағат бұрын

    Great question! It normally depends what you are trying to achieve from the fast. Sometimes folks fast to keep insulin production and blood sugar levels suppressed. Chia is mostly fat/fiber so your production is minimal. However, consuming them won't give your gut a complete rest so we recommend going without. Best of luck! -The FFP Team

    Any suggestions on what to eat the night/day before starting? Thinking I should carb up…

  • @Fitfatherproject
    @Fitfatherproject15 сағат бұрын

    Great question! You don't necessarily need to carb-up, especially if losing weight is part of the reason for fasting. It will just take your body longer to deplete its stores in that case so we recommend eating as you normally would before taking this on. Best of luck! -The FFP Team

    Does the source of protein matter? Is 10g of protein from a chicken breast metabolized the same way as 10g from a shake made with whey protein powder?

  • @Fitfatherproject
    @FitfatherprojectКүн бұрын

    Great question! The chicken breast will be more satiating as real food is always best. However, sometimes a high quality supplement is useful to help fill in any gaps where you may be lacking and/or need a little boost. Best of luck! -The FFP Team

    @Fitfatherproject I'm 52 and just getting back into weights to build muscle. However, I know I have some kind of Cubital Tunnel syndrome with my ulnar nerve, and I can't find ANY advice on what exercises WON'T make it worse. Someone suggested a "neutral" grip, but all my google searches bring up exercises to make it better or "floss" the nerve. Any suggestions? I don't want to make it worse as it can lead to weakened grip strength.

    I lift 5 days a week buts it’s not easy. I’m 53 and have COPD and I get exhausted very easy. On leg days it takes a few minutes to catch my breath. My SpO2 drops to 83-85. I take an inhaler but it doesn’t help much.

    Thanks for writing in and great question! The archer's press from this video is a great way to help built your lower side. Perform your normal workout as-is, adding in this press for your weaker side at the end of your workout. 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps 3x/week would be a great place to start to work on building back up your chest. Best of luck! -The FFP Team

    Great video, I'm very much due for a 24 hr fast. I heard its best to break a fast with something small like a piece of fruit, wait an hour or so, then have a normal size meal. Is this right?

  • @Fitfatherproject
    @Fitfatherproject2 күн бұрын

    Great question! For longer fasts, we recommend using a water-based fruit as it's easier to digest. However, for 24-hour versions, check out this guide for more info: fit-father-project.helpscoutdocs.com/article/118-what-to-eat-when-you-break-your-fast Best of luck! -The FFP Team
