thank you
Best way to lose belly fat as a man. Take in no more than 1800 calories of healthy food per day. Workout at least 4 to 5 days a week. Do 30 minutes of weight training followed by 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill. Be consistent do not skip workouts or cheat on your calories. When I say take in 1800 calories just know if you do 30 minutes of weight training an 30 minutes on the treadmill you lose about 400 calories. This means you can eat 2200 calories per day. After 90 days or more you will be satisfied with the results!
Too funny: "hey mister, why do you drink so much coffee?" "to loose weight". Who knew?
Ah yes let's all eat organic lettuce and filtered water, if that is healthy life who wants to live a long life? That kind of life is tasteless torture! So ball it all up into a gluten free, gritty sugarless ball, bend over and.....
Thank you ❤
But WHY is cream sauce bad? It's ketogenic. Garlic, organic grass fed butter and cream, no flour, mix in veggies, serve over gnocchi. It helps me maintain my healthy weight. The dairy neutralizes oxylates.
If you make your own cream sauce, it can be ok! It’s still super high in calories relative to the volume… especially when paired with pasta (which would inherently make the meal not keto unless you’re using some kind of zero carb noodle).
70 years old now. My family has a history of Alzheimer's. I've been training naturally for over 50 years and proud of it. I'm researching TRT now and have had blood drawn yesterday. So I'll find out in about a week how I stand. My total was 325 five years ago. I have had days where I feel foggy and not getting very good sleep. I'm scared about getting Alzheimer's.
Just drink water. Even that can have parasites and bacteria.
Thank you for such a great channel, and greatcontent! You have definitely allowed me to change my life!
We appreciate the kind words, thank you! -The FFP Team
You talk to fast dude
I kept trying to squat down and carry the weight back with me and it kept throwing me off balance not realizing I was doing it wrong. Thank you for the demonstration. It was very helpful. I'll try it this way on my next leg Day. Always appreciate the demonstrations guys. Keep it up!
Checkout Craig Ballyntine's 4 minute Belly Fat destroyer workout, its a Killer!
I tried omad 2 & half months ago.Ate sensibly with a balanced meal in the evening.I’ve lost 20 pounds & still losing. That shrunk my waist by 3 inches & no bloat.
Does the fast still work if I’m adding a tiny bit of chia seeds to my gallon of water like literally a sprinkle of or salt for electrolytes
Great question! It normally depends what you are trying to achieve from the fast. Sometimes folks fast to keep insulin production and blood sugar levels suppressed. Chia is mostly fat/fiber so your production is minimal. However, consuming them won't give your gut a complete rest so we recommend going without. Best of luck! -The FFP Team
Any suggestions on what to eat the night/day before starting? Thinking I should carb up…
Great question! You don't necessarily need to carb-up, especially if losing weight is part of the reason for fasting. It will just take your body longer to deplete its stores in that case so we recommend eating as you normally would before taking this on. Best of luck! -The FFP Team
Can I drink smoothies then ?
Absolutely! You can find a little more about our favorite here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aKah08qdnaq9YLw.html Best of luck! -The FFP Team
Is this something he recommends doing every morning
Thanks for writing in and great question! You can certainly do this every morning but if you're a little rusty in the fitness department, we recommend trying every-other-day at first. This can be as intense as you make it! Best of luck -The FFP Team
Not sure you’ll see this but I hope you do. Please send Dr. referrals in the Washington DC area. Thx in advance
Bitter almond licor in Portugal is just amazing. Might just be the country with the biggest industry of these...
This is my favorite source for fitness!!
Does the source of protein matter? Is 10g of protein from a chicken breast metabolized the same way as 10g from a shake made with whey protein powder?
Great question! The chicken breast will be more satiating as real food is always best. However, sometimes a high quality supplement is useful to help fill in any gaps where you may be lacking and/or need a little boost. Best of luck! -The FFP Team
Gracias amigo
Just bought the audiobook. Thank you for the information.
I have been drinking warm water in the morning as my first cup. Is that a bad thing for my body? 😅
A very good thing for your body! Keep it up. Consider adding some salt and/or fresh squeezed lemon to it too!
@@Fitfatherproject Thank you for your feedback. Will try out the 7 mins workout too. Keep up the great videos and guidance.
He's not in a FULL squat. His butt is not near his heels. Notice the kids in the photos, that's a full squat.
You spent 6 minutes talking and really you didn't tell us anything
Great video thanks.
Okay I’m done with you . Don’t eat anything go photosynthesis
Some good information but wrong title. Fish oil would replace flaxseed, chia seeds etc. Leave out the eggs. The use of free oils should be avoided. Eating the olive instead
@Fitfatherproject I'm 52 and just getting back into weights to build muscle. However, I know I have some kind of Cubital Tunnel syndrome with my ulnar nerve, and I can't find ANY advice on what exercises WON'T make it worse. Someone suggested a "neutral" grip, but all my google searches bring up exercises to make it better or "floss" the nerve. Any suggestions? I don't want to make it worse as it can lead to weakened grip strength.
Stretching back hits the inner head it’s more challenging
Daves killer bread kills! 5 grams sugar per slice in some of his junk bread.
I lift 5 days a week buts it’s not easy. I’m 53 and have COPD and I get exhausted very easy. On leg days it takes a few minutes to catch my breath. My SpO2 drops to 83-85. I take an inhaler but it doesn’t help much.
Abs are made in the kitchen.
How do you find inner peace?
Go carnivore.
I don eat bread at all an I m happy. Try to put on shelf food shop fruits and vegies and You ll be shocked theyr full of pestacides and chemicals shelf life is top priority not your health, dont buy
Sir i dont have an upper chest. I mean it has sunken down to my middle chest. its fine on my right side, but on my left side, there is like no upper pec. It was tehre before, but now it feels like the upper chest has sunken. I feel it under my middle chest. Plz help i wanna lift that part up and get a good chest
Thanks for writing in and great question! The archer's press from this video is a great way to help built your lower side. Perform your normal workout as-is, adding in this press for your weaker side at the end of your workout. 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps 3x/week would be a great place to start to work on building back up your chest. Best of luck! -The FFP Team
Great video, I'm very much due for a 24 hr fast. I heard its best to break a fast with something small like a piece of fruit, wait an hour or so, then have a normal size meal. Is this right?
Great question! For longer fasts, we recommend using a water-based fruit as it's easier to digest. However, for 24-hour versions, check out this guide for more info: fit-father-project.helpscoutdocs.com/article/118-what-to-eat-when-you-break-your-fast Best of luck! -The FFP Team

So anyone tried to do it for a while? Any actual results?
I’m starting 24 hour fast for Wednesday each week
Great video 👌🏻 what shoes are you wearing? Looks good.
Thanks for the kind words! We are big fans of Vivobarefoots. They're great to work on your overall fitness and imbalances. In fact, we have a discount code: FFP&FMP for those looking to get an extra 10% off! Best of luck to you! -The FFP Team
Excellent information
Thank you! I've tried many different diets and always fell back to bad eating habits. Keto worked great, but was far too restrictive and it felt a bit obsessive. It's nice to hear a bare bones "eat better" plan that's simple and affordable for everyone. Great video!
Hey! Is climbing 3-4 flights of stairs with moderately heavy weights for 15-20 minutes good for cardio and overall conditioning? I find traditional cardio quite boring. Thank you
Great question and that is an absolutely good way to work on your conditioning! You have a mixture of low-impact cardio + resistance...what's not to like?!?! Great call and best of luck! -The FFP Team
@@Fitfatherproject thanks a lot
Excellent suggestions. how to make a perfect protein smoothie for vegetarian? I use vegetarian protein powder but its not working on my satiety center. Suggestions please 🙏
Great question! Protein can be very satiating but powders may not be as much as "real food". However, sometimes powders make life a lot easier so we need to focus on the other ingredients. Check this out for some quick tips: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aKah08qdnaq9YLw.html Best of luck! -The FFP Team
