    That was WONDERFUL! I do these things you mentioned through out my day. I also want you to know that going outside in the morning and looking towards the sun for five minutes has been remarkable for me! Keep reminding people about this.     YES!! This will become mainstream knowledge in 5-10 years as more published science about how light controls our clock genes for energy production and healthy neurotransmitters!! Keep this morning sun in your eyes habit up. It’s a game changer for me too 💯🙏🏼

    Yes. All excellent tips. In addition to observing our bodies breathing (without actively controlling breathing ourselves) another calming practice is breathing out for longer than breathing in. So for example inhale for 4 seconds through the nose, deep into the belly, then exhale for up to 8 seconds slowly back out either through the nose or the mouth. Just a minute or two of these breaths can really help in times of stress, so practicing daily makes it so much easier then it really is needed!

    This is very helpful and came at the exact moment I needed it. (I'm a singer/ performer/ actor auditioning and looking for Christmas/ holiday gigs. HIGH STRESS. I'm a p/t Uber driver which allows me flexibility to make the auditions, rehearsals and shows. HIGH STRESS. I will be utilizing these techniques you just presented. Just focusing on my breathing helped me de-stress) relax a little already. 👏👏I can wait to employ all the rest of your techniques.🤜🤛 Thank you for sharing. 🥂

    Excellent - loved your tip about being aware of breathing when exercising, I recently started this when lifting weights and noticed that I became a lot more focused and present in the moment, I also felt that I got a lot more out of every workout.
