🎉 Happy New Year Brotherhood! This is Dr. A writing. I just want to send a short message on behalf of me and our entire FFP Team. It’s our true privilege to be connected with YOU in this lifetime. I am really feeling into the significance of that statement today. Of the billions of people on this planet… and of the millions of ways we could invest our time… WE are connected here. We are choosing to better our lives together. There is so much significance in that realization. This year, I’ve learned that the people in our lives right now ARE the RIGHT PEOPLE. That the challenges and experiences we face right now ARE the exact PERFECT opportunities for our next level of growth. As we close 2023, I feel immense gratitude for all the fellowship, love, strength, and perseverance I’ve witnessed this FFP community create. As we enter 2024, I feel immense hope and excitement for all that we will create together next year. Tonight, I invite you to look around at your family & friends… and realize they are PERFECT. Not “perfect” in every characteristic and virtue they possess. But perfect PARTNERS for your growth… perfect MIRRORS for your own development. Incredible!! I’m out on my daily walk and I was tearing up big time. I love his explanation on how messed up our society has become. I’m 67 years old and the changes I’ve seen scare me. I’ve a new granddaughter now and Dr. A’s message is really resonating with me. I’m about to start the program over for the 3rd time. First two were very successful but I always fall off at the end of the year. This message has me writing a new mission statement that I know will help me stay consistent all year. I’m a FFP member for life and I’m so grateful that I found Dr. A and his program.

16.20 hrs. 27 December 2023. Dr. B, I am grateful for the heart-felt testimony of your personal journey. Very vulnerable. However, I must respectfully disagree with the spiritual direction/theological implications of your decision to ‘build your mission’ at a much higher personal cost, which includes your separation and divorce from your wife. An honest Christian view of fatherhood (at the heart of your program and story) starts with a loving,c omitted marriage to one woman. It’s difficult and premature to listen to your story that your 3 or 4 yr old daughter is doing ‘just fine’ with a 2 parent household.She…and you and Page…have a long way to go before you can make that assessment of her life/development/etc. 2 of my adult children have gone through divorces and there are huge consequences for fatherhood when ‘dad separates from mom’. Your passion to lead the brotherhood, at the expense of your marriage, makes ‘fit father’ sound like a hollow, very un-Christlike phrase. Sorry, brother, but yours is not a model that I will follow nor will i encourage others to do so. Courageously, humbly be reconciled to your wife, regain your direction and priority of the holistic growth/strength/nourishing of your marriage and your family, and become the genuine FIT FATHER that you desire you and this program’s followers to become. Lead from the front via Biblical example and principles.

Anthony, this was so beautifully done. I am emotionally touched by this amazing video. You truly are an absolutely great person. I feel this conversation is a POSITIVE MOVEMENT not negative. Breaking bones, lose and divorce are insanely painful things to go through but because of your drive and belief in God you will continue to strive. I feel like we all know what's really important in life yet we don't prioritize it and don't pursue it enough. We are so caught up in our daily routines like a hamster in his hamster wheel always moving not looking left or right. Not much time to question ourselves and the way we are living. So many people wither away with a poor diet, medical addictions, no physical activity, stressful and unfulilled lifes. Suddenly they're ill and/or old and look back with regret. A life wasted. It's sad really

Good job discussing all the indirect and latent issues that influence the healthy natural bodybuilding lifestyle. Natural bodybuilding is more than just lifting weights and building muscle, it is a way of life. Steve Reeves saw bodybuilding like this as well.

Thank for sharing on your honesty. Trauma has been experienced in your life, and how people (particuarly men) deal with trauma is so important. Whether it be physically or mentally hiding behind trauma can be detrimental to our lives. Coming out being open is such a video like this sounds like something you nneded to do, something you were called to do. I have been through many changes in my life, and FFP is one of those changes in the last 6 months. You are so appreciated, and even if not validated in your marriage as to your importance in your calling, please hear that you are a special person with a mission. My hope for you is that you can find the right life versus work balance. Pursue your mission and calling with vengenace, but also give yourself permission to simply be a man that enjoys life and family.

Putting yourself out there in the face of the uncertainty whether or not others will accept or reject you is, indeed, a bold step. Well said. I lost my father in 2014 at the age of 59 due to a stroke after a decade of battling diabetes. It still hurts today. I'm not the same man I was 5 years ago...let alone 10. I've matured, and because of my wife, I haven't been as closed off as I once was. I'm 47 now, and although I'm not perfect, I believe I am a stronger man today than I ever was. I hope my father sees it too.

Any civilized person on this platform should welcome this video. Like you, your story about your relationship and the separation and the child hits home for me. Its just the same. I pray God that you are in good health in spirt, mind and body. well, you already got the "body" part covered. I did not know this about you. We did not know this about you, so thank you for sharing. What an incredibly moving and inspiring message. Dr. A., thank you for trusting us with your personal stories. Knowing that you've overcome such intense injuries is excuse-busting. Wow. And I'm sorry for the pain of your divorce, but I can't imagine better reasons or circumstances. Again, sharing your humanity will make an impact on those of us who have faced similar struggles. I am not a person of faith, so I definitely stumbled whenever you mentioned God -- so thank you for framing your mission in a way that includes us secular types, too. I've often told my son that despite the different lawn signs and bumper stickers we may see in our community, most of us care about the same things: the health, safety, and happiness of our families. I can not express my fear of joining yet another 'program' to help in my weight loss and lifestyle battles to only regress back after the burnout occurs. Dr. A, I researched and watch you for months before I said okay, let me give this a try. 2 months now I have slowly stepped into this new lifestyle and already it has made a noticeable difference. I will begin my Phase 1 at the start of the new year and this time I come with the education and confidence in myself and support from you and the other FF Dads. Thank you for going even deeper and being a leader that many of us need. This video wasn't needed to keep FFP successful as the education and support team/members already do that. What this video did do for me is to make it more okay for me to be open with myself and everyone here and lastly it made me feel more at home, more supported, more understood, and more accepted.

The honesty and level of self reflection is something I haven't seen before. It came from the heart. You mentioned your own mistakes and uncomfortable topics. Even the split between you and your ex-wife. From my experience it can be quite difficult as a child when your parents hate each other and are not consequential enough for a divorce. I applaud you two because you split on good terms instead of the alternative which is living an unhappy life and raising a child in a toxic environment. Anyways, what a powerful video

1:20 All this is so true and glad that others are also beginning to "see" it for a change. Yet this is no new in mankind's culture. "Bread and circus" said thee Romans, which is another name for the same rulers of modern era. The real change will come when a "New Human" kind appears or let themselves be seen, on planet Earth, and it is happening as I write, behind the scenes. 😊😮

Thank you for sharing your story. Instead of health and fitness I chose food & porn as my escape. I’ve struggled with it my entire adult life. I’ve experienced great success and freedom in both areas at times but always seem to end up back in the pit. I lost over 100lbs on FFP a few years ago but gained it all back and then some. I now find myself the heaviest I’ve ever been and feel awful. It’s time I take control of my life once and for all to become the best husband/father and follower of Christ that I can be. I’m tired of the complacency, my excuses and the lies I believe. I’m 100% committed to joining you on this journey. I share this because of your openness and honesty. Your leadership has moved me from apathy into action. I need the accountability and for my passivity to be exposed to the light. I’m praying for you brother. Thank you again for your vulnerability and willingness to follow God’s calling for your life.

Im Forever Grateful that i recently joined the fit father project, This message Shook Me To My Core as Ive denied my callings of Faith due to my wife not sharing the same path/faith that i grew up with. Ive been lost for while, but after watching this video and sharing with my wife and having intense discussions throughout the day about faith/family/raising our daughter how i was raised, i found that my fear of not having my wife's support was not warranted, she has agreed to support me in our relationship and in my callings I've denied for so long. She even stated that since our daughter was born almost 2 years ago, she's considered changing faith's as she feels it would make or house/family stronger and raising our daughter with the beliefs myself and family share would be the best way for our daughter to thrive and enjoy life. Thank You for being Vulnerable Dr. A 🙏💪

As you know I was lucky enough to have experienced this as a member the FFP 2023 Sedona Fall Retreat. I'm lost for words. At 43 , I feel its to late for me. My Dr has given me couple years. Obesity, diabetes, hypertension,AFIB, ECZEMA, SLEEP APNEA, ANXIETY. On 10+ pills. Don't know, how things got so bad?

@Khan-he1jv - Please do not give up, or feel that it's too late for you to make changes. Instead of taking what your doctor has said and use it as a reason to stop, do the opposite. Use it as fuel to feed your fire of determination. Prove to your Doctor, and to yourself, that you can beat ALL OF THIS! I have seen other men, in similar conditions, and older than 43, change their health and their lives for the better. You can do it!

One thing to keep in mind, more people than you realize have even more and worse stories of struggle. Yours is very similar to mine, almost scary similar. I appreciate you sharing your beliefs as I think most are scared to do so these days. I have prayed more this past year than ever before as it’s been a struggle on many different levels. Your message is good but at the end saying it’s only $297 is misplaced and comes across as being disingenuous and looking for money in the end and exactly what you pointed out in the beginning of your video. I ask you to think about your motives.

Thank you for your message! Our entire KZread channel is FREE! We have hundreds of life-changing videos you can use. Our full program & ongoing support from our coaches is ~$300 for the year. We have a staff of 20 people who work full time to support our members... so we do need to pay the bills and keep the lights on. This is why I talk about our actual program & community through the yearly membership at the end.
