Me and other people tried it, made by a Brazilian and nobody liked it. I guess it depends on who makes it. It was very bland and glutinous. No flavor at all and hard to eat.

How much water?
Try making the ice with the olive oil in the process. I did it with a recipe of 2.5 cups (600 ml) heavy cream 14 oz (400 g) can sweeten condensed milk and I used 1.5 tbsp (22 ml) of a higher quality extra Virgin Olive oil or to taste. One pot chef's credit for recipe

Correction: There are some products you can buy. But you cannot buy everything off the shelf hence it’s an art exhibit. You cannot buy the cheddar soda or really any of the drinks, as it’s glued to the shelf. But you can buy things like mints and chocolates that have a custom omega label on it to make it look like a wacky brand.

Try using only one egg Or add two extra full spoons of tapioca flower on the batter. Sometimes the eggs are too large so it is kind of tricky
is your milk hot when you add it to the flour? it’s very important that the milk is hot to cook the tapioca flour
By the way… I am very curious to know what kind of probiotics the crème fraîche and the butter would have… Not sure if you’ve done this video yet so I will check, but I thought I would leave that feedback
