Recipe
Makes 8 biscuits
Biscuit dough:
4 oz or 1 stick very cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
2 Cups AP flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 Tablespoon light brown sugar
1 Cup very cold cultured buttermilk ( not the vinegar milk sub )

Apple cinnamon butter:
Yields about 1 1/4 cup
2 each medium size Granny Smith apples
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 oz or 1 stick unsalted room temperature butter
1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

    I’ve actually never used powdered buttermilk before but I’m sure it will work as long as you mix it with some water to get the amount you need in the recipe
