( this recipe works great with cashews ! )

Hi. I live in the u.s. when traveling in Israel i get the Chinese candied pecans. Very popular there. Impossible to find in the u.s.a thank you so much for this recipe. Now i make it all the time!!! Also your video is great!

Can you please do a Dan tat recipe using lard to make the super tender, delicate, flaky crust like the ones in Hong Kong dim sum? 🥹 I have been using Kristina Cho’s recipe but the crust is wayyyy to crunchy, thick and hard 😬
