Mall style soft pretzel recipe
makes 6 pretzels
1 Cup water
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
2 Cups AP flour
1/2 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons bread flour
3 Tablespoons melted butter
Baking soda solution:
1 1/2 Cups hot water
3 Tablespoons baking soda
2 Tablespoons melted butter to Bruch on top
Some coarse or pretzel salt ( Maldon salt works as well )
Optional : Cinnamon sugar
