Recipe
Dry ingredients:
1 1/4 cup AP flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or other spice you desire ( can be omitted )
Wet ingredients:
2 oz butter, browned
2 eggs
4 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup yogurt or sour cream
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 super ripe bananas, mashed, about 1 1/4 cups
Optional ( for mixed ins )
Cream cheese
Dried fruit
Chocolate chips
Nut butters
Fresh berries
Toasted nuts
Nutella
