Recipe
Makes 6 medium sized pancakes, serves 2-3
Dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cups AP flour
3 Tablespoons light brown sugar or regular sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups buttermilk ( or a mix of 3/4 cup milk and 3/4 cup yogurt)
*did you know you can make your own buttermilk??

I just mixed it up and i added chopped banana. I used Stevia and olive oil because I'm a monster aka losing weight. I'm so excited for tomorrow 😊😊 SOOO FLUFFY AND HEAVENLY! GO. MAKE. IT. I've made many sad looking pancakes BUT THIS IS THE ONE! half patch made 4 thicc pancakes but I ate 3 and saved one for if i get hungry at night 🙂 love it sm thank you ❤️😚
What ratio of yougurt and milk should I use to make buttermilk?

I do half and half but every yogurt brand is a little different. As long as it's close to the consistency of buttermilk you'll be good
