    Thanks for the behind the scenes video. It looks kinda ridiculous. Runners should be able to pamper their asses themselves.

    8:35 11:32 14:52 are misleading. In 2024 the cards are on the table (with no ace left in the hole). Hering (29, time is running out) -PB 1,59 41 (2019) -SB 2,01 11 -DM winner 2,02 70 (poor weather) -EM DNQ -Paris DNQ (entry standard 1,59 30) Kolberg (24, time is on her side) - 1,58 74 - dito - runner-up - 5th - ticket to ride

    Great video showing what it takes to be your best. It would be helpful if you augmented video with text showing workout with recovery time and pace as percentage of race pace. The coach said 103% of 800 race pace for the 1st 600. This is helpful in trying to know how to apply workout for less elite runners.

    As an 800 guy who's run 1:55, this workout made me feel like shit knowing that a marathoner was blowing my 150 workout splits out of the water. Then I looked up his times and he's a 1:48 guy haha. That's amazing range.

    I've seen these type of workouts referred to as speed development sessions. Can't race fast if you can't run fast. The payout is probably going to be significant

    Are people literally doing hobby jogging/ walking around the track? What a waste of resources. They need to use the bike/walking paths for easy running and walking.

  • @Fed08Roger
    @Fed08Roger5 күн бұрын

    Walking, agreed. What seems like jogging could be all out pace for some. Track etiquette : if you are on, you are on. No questions asked
