Wow just wow!! So much talent on that track and that’s not even mentioning Scully and his camera!! Hats off to Haas and Mark for opening it up to you. This is so good for the sport. Side note: Mark held my high school x-country record for 15 years. The guy was a beast!

Matt, short feedback if it's not a problem: please let us hear more what the people are talking, even if it is a mess. Beacuse i think that's the special thing, listening to the coach how he comiunicates with the runners, how they joke between them and even how they breathe during the worckout. That's the special senzation that sweat elite offers: the sensation of being there!
Love hearing from the Coaches (people around my age) hearing their cooperative and productive attitude towards their athletes and competition.
coaches still use the old-fashion stop watches....amazing..lol

That's cause it's more accurate. Knowing the distance markers on the track and maximizing the use of simple measurement tools to take splits are hallmarks of a great track coach.
