What an animal, excellent content. I have been running a Moxy for about a year, on all runs unless winter temps shut the device down on me. Very reliable proxy for lactate/intensity in my N of 1 experience. Can I ask what software was used to display live data in the lab?

Ive herd mix reports about the accuracy of moxy based technologies, although a few pros across differing sports seem to be trying it. Id be very cautious about the accuracy if it uses any similar technology to what it is used in the wrist HR sensors as they are useless.

Hi Matt. I just want to check something against the Moxy data. How many metres (best effort) could you cover each in a 3 minute, 7 and 15 minute time trial? We use such field tests to distinguish sustainable from unsustainable without using Moxy.. thanks a lot.
