I love Scully! He’s been so vulnerable on his videos these past few months and you just feel for him and reminds you that we are all fighting our own battles.

Brilliant!! Love the behind the scenes stuff. Excited to hear about the upcoming 5K race not to mention the 5/10K speed training leading into a faster marathon. Maybe that Canova guy is onto something? Give my best to Reem

I love the channel and appreciate your coverage of so many elites from the track to marathon. I find it very insightful and inspiring. Have you ever considered doing a session with some elite Ultra/Sub Ultra runners. I think seeing a session with the likes of Walmsley / Evans / D'Haene/ Jornet / Hawks / Miller / Engdahl would be pretty amazing. Plus, maybe a good vert session would be great in your base block for a new marathon PB. Just a thought from a fan of every angle of the sport.

Mentality wise I love Nick symmonds quote: ‘put on a show’. I take this as showing everyone all those hours of work I have put in.

Matt - if you see this... I would be keen to know more about the ketones for recovery, has your friend posted their findings about this? I am also using them and find them incredible post warm up before I get into my workout, they're really working for me, but I have seen a few people now say they are good for recovery and I would love to know more!
