    Winner of Rotterdam marathon 2024 at a time of 2: 04: 45, 11 seconds PB and a new national record for abdi, his consistency is on another level ❤

    I really like Abdi. Met him once in Kenya and he was so humble and nice to me. So I was already a fan. But man, those pants made me like him even more!

    The CPC Loop in The Hague is not a very fast course and the wind can play a huge factor, so sub 1hr would be an absolute excellent effort.

    You can hold lt1 for at least 3-5 hours. This man is not running a 3 hour marathon😂
