Maam I have regined to my job and I have mail HR regination mail and HR have accept the regination mail and now asking for my original marksheets and I don't have originals with me and they have no mention about the degree requirement for job in JOB description or OFFER LETTER I don't have any or company asset now thay have hold my salary of 2 months please reply maam 🙏
Earning 4-7.5k a month , still lots of pressure. In good cities it's 15k but accomodations cost much. I don't see earning high is increasing pressure because I never earned more. Meanwhile in local firms where few people were saying their employer signed them on 15 k and give 3k😢. Still they are running their families happily. So, just chill, it does not matter u earn or not , less or more. The thing is the happiness 😊😊😊😊 which lays inside us. So eat chapati with chatni , excercise till ur body tired so no less earning thoughts come to ur mind, sleep well and live ur life happily 🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊
My first company was shutdown due to Covid and company went in negative funds.. and still the domain is active for their old client and they dint renew the gst certificate and everything was manual there as it was local startup.. due to these reasons my bgv is marked as red and dint get onboarded and this was done by bgv team.. I don’t know what kind of verification they were performing

I was once in a job where there little to no work and the manager there blackmailed me and then threatened to fire me after I took some food out of the kitchen after a holiday's toast I realized I can no longer work there because he would abuse his power against me and send me threats so I left and now I am still not in the place I want to be but I have a direction I want to go

Nowadays HR's think they knows everything and but how can judge someone skills with just template and pre formatted questions just bcoz not able present themselves or struggle to ans some questions it doesn't mean they're not fit for the job HR persons are main reasons most of the youngsters unemployment suffering

most people, once they get into work force, they stop studying and learning new things instead looks for cheap fun on weekends, including me, I restarted learning new things only recently but it's too late....because 30+ is too old to get a new job in a new field even when i am already employed but the rest of the world are already doing it without any age filter problems
HRs getting ESOPS while employee who continuously perform better doesn't get those. That's slavery to the highest level.
