Hey I started watching your videos on KZread just a month back, when I was confused whether to quit my previous company because of their toxic culture and demotivating seniors.. your videos helped me throughout this phase. You won't believe, but one of your video randomly popped up on my YT feed which was about signs that you must quit that job (don't remember the exact phrase).. that helped me to take a strong decision for myself - because in today's world leaving a job within an year when you've just started your career.. is a scary thing! However, soon after resigning I landed on another job, cleared the interview process.. but here - thanks to your videos on salary negotiation - I managed to get 103% hike on my previous CTC. You don't know how much helpful you've been to everyone on the internet! Keep doing what you do. ❤

Ma'am I'm from Delhi. A 27 years old girl. I have been graduated from BSc Medical Laboratory Technology in 2017 by then prepared a lot for civil services examination but unfortunately failed to get myself in final list .but gave home tuition to students upto class 10 at my home during my preparation period .but now i m totally done with this preparation and want to utilise my analytical perspective which i learn during my preparation years into the data analytical field. So I want you to suggest me if I can make it a start as a new career? If I got skilled properly and make some good projects without anyone's interference , will I get a job as a fresher in 2024. I want job as soon as possible and ready to work hard .I want jobs in Delhi and Delhi ncr only.. and can be remotely from india and abroad.

Hello ma'am, I saw this video at the time where I am switching my job after 14 years and this will be my second company. I am excited but also nervous for the new challenge. Your video has given a clarity. Request you to please create a video considering my situation I.e., joining new company after so many years, what should be my approach from the very first day. Also I would like to say that while going through the HR interview rounds your videos guided me , I was confident to negotiate and was successful to bag my desired hike.Thankyou so much ma'am. @The Corporate Diaries hello ma'am I'm a fresher & my candidature got withdraw by well known service based MNC, despite having LOI. But, fortunately i could convince them to give me another chance and they agreed conditionally that we'll try and this will be purely based on businesses requirement. Now they started onboarding to leftover candidates from my batch. Now i'm drafting a follow-up mail so asking ur suggestions what strong or beneficial point i should highlight to get results in my favor. Regards.
