    1. No one is your friend even though they sound friendly- Never share personal plans about marriage/growth plans. 2. Do not rely on other opinions for the project - you are growing with things you're learning and see the market value. 3. Your full time job is not permanent - Don't make assumptions you can get layed off anytime. 4. Don't leave without full and final settlement - resign properly (send a resignation email) 5. Delay your aggressive response - don't give your peace of mind to other person, hold on your anger for little while and than say solid thoughtful point afterwards. 6. You can be replaced very easily - always learn, keep upscaling 7. Building rapport is not equal to politics - keep yourself updated, communicating with people. 8. Don't keep communication gap- whatever you're doing, keep concern person updated. 9. Don't burn the bridges behind you- network is very important, always leave on positive note. 10. Do not take your office home- don't take the office aggression to home 🏡

🤣 that is great if you can relate, but pls do not assume that by-default all the jobs sucks, I am just trying to spread awareness, so that we can avoid "little things" that can bring negative experiences and slow down our growth.. Corporate Jobs can provide so much of financial "kick-start" to your life that its beyond words.. so please do not do not start with a belief that everything is bad.. just be more aware and you will enjoy your journey.. all the best!!

Thanks for such nice video. 👍 Question) how to deal with situation where manager tends to favour sycophants in his / her team? Sometimes the managers are so narrow minded that they do not want to understand perspective of non sycophants in the team and tend to see them as threat to their growth. The only option left for growth is to leave the toxic team.

@The Corporate Diaries hello ma'am !! I'm a fresher & my candidature got withdraw by well known service based MNC, despite having LOI. But, fortunately i could convince them to give me another chance and they agreed conditionally that we'll try and this will be purely based on businesses requirement. Now they started onboarding to leftover candidates from my batch. Now i'm drafting a follow-up mail so asking ur suggestions what strong or beneficial point i should highlight to get results in my favor. Regards.

Dear, the words in your follow up doesn't matter in this case, you can send a simple polite email to check, but it will all depend if there is a "requirement" or not.. if there is no "requirement", then it doesn't matter what you say and how you say, they will not onboard you... And if there is a requirement, they will chase you themselves.. Its not basis on your convincing skills...

However, Because of personal reasons i had to rescheduled my 1st joining ma'am & asked company a extension to my joining date & they agreed as well but suddenly they revoked my offer giving me entirely senseless reasons but fortunately I could convince them for one more chance..

Only one way if you're aiming for service sector to get hired immediately, but I am not sure will it work for freshers; convince them to conduct a client interview for you if needed. If you, I mean if you really ace the interview, chances are service company/consultancy will onboard you immediately.

But, I can use this statement in follow-up mail that im ready to give an interview again but kindly provide an opportunity like that. But it may impact negative it seems because I'm giving them a chance to reject as well. These companies even sent revised DOJ to some candidates still doing drama in my candidacy.
