    I had a team member like the one you describe on this video! The guy, the hardware and Software Engineer, could finish his 8-hours assignments and tasks, in 3 or 4 hours! He ended up quiting because he got bored from not having enough interesting tech work to do because the team lead and IT manager couldn't give him the types of assignments or tasks he actually enjoyed! I miss him as a co-worker! He is a friend, now.

    Work life balance is a joke in most of the corporate shops. Company might great place to work certified but most of the employees working like 14- 15 hr a day. So its joke

    but utilisation doesn't mean to be taken as juiced out, thus is unethical practices by managers i think, they must understand juiced is not for one but all included

    Ma'am what if in a team of 15 all are over working and completing task of 15 days in 12 day? What to do in that case? We cannot be the outlier in this case!!

    Hi mam.I'm a corporate trainer.Recently got an offer for process trainer but working days was 6 ..Is that fine to join.? Also Hr said they will release offer before joining 3 day's? Why can't they release before a week itself? But I received confirmation mail from their end ?

    This is the reason why I don't have interested with support job......... Lot of issue with support job 24/7 availability Long working hours Donkey work Unnecessary time wasting work Isiliye development me hi Jana best he.. Less work and good package..
