Before i got placed in one of campus interviews i got rejected in multiple companies.. so i stopped giving interviews and end of the 4th year my friends pushed me just to face interviewer not to get job. I decided my mind just to appear in it not to crack it. So i explained my project as if i explained to my friend in hard tone😅 and surprisingly that worked. During engineering i wss not knowing what interviewers expect. They just need your 100% confidence not 100% skills

How to adapt while joining an MNC + switching from one MNC to another. 3. How to adapt to a new working environment after switching a job. 4. How do MNC companies function. 5. How to be a reliable co-worker, team mate at the office + improve communication skills. Thank you. your communication skills are very practical. Would love your take on these topics, especially numbers, 1,2, and 4 more, if possible. Thank you so much.

Ma'am I second your point where you suggested calling out the toxicity of the interviewer, at my last job when I was on bench for a while and I was interviewing for a project the team lead ridiculed me for not knowing one question despite being relatively new in the domain for a while and we were trained on a completely different tech-stack when I was recruited as a fresher. That Team Lead made my life hell by forcing unrealistic expectations, and threatening to escalate me to HR for no reason. Can we escalate people like these to the management/HR in the company? Even though I am at a relatively better place now, but I am curious to know should I encounter any situation like this again in my career.

Ma'am I'm from Delhi. A 27 years old girl. I have been graduated from BSc Medical Laboratory Technology in 2017 by then prepared a lot for civil services examination but unfortunately failed to get myself in final list .but gave home tuition to students upto class 10 at my home during my preparation period .but now i m totally done with this preparation and want to utilise my analytical perspective which i learn during my preparation years into the data analytical field. So I want you to suggest me if I can make it a start as a new career? If I got skilled properly and make some good projects without anyone's interference , will I get a job as a fresher in 2024. I want job as soon as possible and ready to work hard .I want jobs in Delhi and Delhi ncr only.. and can be remotely from india and abroad.

Hi Goood evening i left from my company due to some pressue with my manger and i got experience letter as well and Full and final settlement and from 16 i worked for one year but my doubt in one of the video u said HR will send one format in that rehire column suppose if my previous company is said rehire as no it will affect my current offer Kindly reply please

Dear, if the answer to Re-hire is No, then the company will ask why they said no and whatever comment is received as a detail, everything depends on that, if the comment is not much of a bother to the new company HR & Hiring manager then you will get hired, else it will impact the hiring decision. But let me also tell you that no company/HR responds by saying Re-hire as No, unless and until the employee did something beyond ethics and moral.. HRs are trained to not affect the future of any employee... So do not worry...
