Hello, before joining the company, I had requested information about the increment cycle, and HR informed me that I would receive it after completing one year. However, after joining the company, I attended a new Joiner meeting and was informed that I am not eligible for the current increment cycle because I joined after July, so I will receive an increment after two years. What should I do? It's a multinational company.
If I were to join as an intern with the hope of securing a full-time position, would an unsuccessful transition. will it negatively impact my career?
