    You've made some very relevant points here. Job titles are more often than not "misleading" and can sometimes create a diversion. While understanding the job description is a vital element it is equally important to ask for the Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs).

    Most mnc have a deceiving job title such as analyst. This title isn't specific and the company doesn't entertain questions regarding the job title.

    I have one question , my manager forcefully wants to serve full notice period i.e. of 3 months and i have provided medical reports but the skip level and he don't want that . He said I can take leaves but they will not allow me to pay in lieu of paying the amount for the notice period . Does employee relationship help in this case .. we have a policy that organisation reserves the right that whether i pay for the notice period or not but can they force me even I do have medical condition

    no company can do that, is the policy written in your appointment letter.. your appointment letter clauses are only valid

    Mam i am currently working and have bond , now i got a offer from MNC i need to switch and i discussed with my manger and they said to pay and serve notice period and it is not possible right now ? What to do now ?

    one option is you can share this with the MNC and they will pay you to pay your employer, nobody can ask you to both pay and serve notice period... also bonds are generally not valid... read the clauses thoroughly .. you will find more way out
