    Dear Nikhil, if you are trying to apply for a HRBP role with your TA profile, that will never work out. First you have to learn the HRBP skills and then add them in your resume(you have to show as if you know the skills and you worked on them as a part of your job) and then you apply to HRBP roles, start where less exp is required and make sure whatever you talk in interviews should show that you actually did some HRBP work.

    Mam.. is canva made resumes are ATS compliant? And whats the way to add the skills so it will be scanned !?

    Dear ATS compliant will only be made when you make it as a human, how canva will know what your skills are and what are the skill keywords that need to be punched in... Canva can give you a good format not the ATS expertise

    madam, just like there are a lot of people applying for jobs, there are a lot of jobs and companies needing people. Stop treating Companies like Gods. They are just another business afterall. If they don't give job, we have 1000 ways to live and survive in this world. High time companies started giving respect to people and stop calling them Resources. People are not resources. Try to change this attitude of corporate, if you are from within the corporate.

    Dear, the dark color doesn't matter, its just that, it should be neat and well ironed, thats all..

    Mam, i have just watched your recent video about BGV. mam i have worked 2 months for a small company (pf account,UAN no created), left the company without serving notice period as HR and Manager both were not accepting my resignation and forcing me to continue. So did not get the Relieving letter and have not done the full and final settlement. mam if i dont show the experience to my future employers(like Big MNCs like TCS) will there be any problem for me? can they find out through BGV? how can i deal with the situation? i am scared that if it will have a negative impact on my career. Please guide mam and give reply.

    Dear, if PF and UAN records were not there, then no one can find out in BGV.

    ​​@@Sourav-Roy-ChoudhuryHello.. As u mentioned ur pf account got created.. The companies can able to check through EPFO portal. So try to get experience letter and proper documents, exit date in pf portal from previous employer. If u dnt mention ur experience with that company also they willl get to know through the portal while doing bgv. I have faced the same situation got selected in TCS, I have received my joining date, offer letter everything. I gt failed in BGV due to the same reason and rejected by TCS for the same.we have to do everything in a proper way by requesting previous employer.

    Dear Sourav, if the company want to find out, they can find for sure, only thing you can do is, just say that I do not count that exp as relevant to my career so I did not include that employments, thats all! They can find out the name of the company, but they will not reach out to the company to do your BGV, they will come back and ask you...

    Dear Rajus, whenever you see a relevant job, read the JD till the end, towards the end of the JD there is a section of "key skills", these are the keywords punched in by the recruiter.. so these are always the primary skills

    @@mkbhhh Dear the best way is to ask the hiring manager only, you can ask them that which is the mandatory or "zero compromise" skill in this role, they will happily tell you because even they do not want to get into irrelevant resumes/candidates. Else you will get to know it only by exp.
