    In Short, Interviewers don't wish to know the real truth or honest answers, they require fake answers in the confident way and that it feels genuine!! I am not really understanding why the interviewers ask this if they cant appreciate the honesty, this is really annoying expectation..!! Anyways.. Varsha you are really amazing and each and every video of yours is great and helpful in many ways.. ! Keep up the good work!!

    All well said, but wantedly wanting to hear the false statements from a candidate, might end up in catching the wrong fish. Ofcourse many people have issues with their previous companies- some may be negative and resigned or got terminated or some may be positive but no growth, or some other genuine reasons. As an interviewer one should be able to understand and accept what factors made the employee to leave the company and should refine them. At the EOD, JOB SATISFACTION is what matters.

    I suffer from Bipolar disorder and had taken a 7 month sabbatical after 3 months of joining. After rejoining I worked for another 10 months before quitting. In the duration of the sabbatical I took therapy and have worked on myself using Vipassana and other meditation techniques. Should I be honest about the career break when asked or will it be viewed as a permanent negative in a high stress work environment ?

    Hello Mam Your videos are really boosting my confidence. I really want guidance from you . Mam basically I have done BE(E & TC) 2020. And I want to work for core field but there are very few opportunities in telecom or wireless domain though it exist as compared to computer science jobs. I am not able to map whether to shift to CS or continue job search in telecom . As you say to focus on one profile and prepare for it and I am trying for both the sides . So should I shift to CS or continue job search in core field? Or try for both? This is my confusion .

I lost my life due to this corporate culture and stressful job, yes they will offer better hike and position if you given your time to company. Apparently we feel well bcz we got high package, great position and and explore my knowledge and career towards to somewhere but eventually we all going down inside deep blue sea And from there we can't swim back to surface and that's become routine job, holiday will become your research and meetings, and your sweet home will become just for night rest only. In age of 32 you will looks 45, due to not enough rest. If all condition anyone accepted and stand alone in this world with laxury car and house, sorry it won't be much useful for you bcz you won't get leave 🤣 then company will pay very good package really.

    Dear Rahul, If you are planning to move to development role, I will suggest choose "Python Developer", here are are my reasons: 1. Its has a promising future, and is easy to learn 2. Python is one of the best languages used by Data Scientist, so in future you can very easily move to Data Science role 3. Data science has very limited opportunities at fresher level, going through the route of "Python Dev" is a win-win situation. Always remember that you have your own choice and judgement over what anyone has to say.. these are just my experience based inputs, if it doesn't resonate, please feel free to walk your own path.. All the very Best!!

I know this sounds unethical but its quite natural... lets say you need a "house help" and you interview one person, like him/her a lot, but that person tells you that within a month he/she has to go for 3 months vacation... or that he/she can work only for 2 months post that have other plans.. will you hire that person? And if that person doesn't tell you this info, you know what will happen... :)

    Dear Aditi, MBA is more of a standard master courses provided by the universities(any college) while PGDM is more specific courses that are provided by independent institutes(IIM, XLRI, MIT, IMT, ISB, NIMMS etc..) the CAT exams that you see are mostly for these premium colleges and has more market value than the standard university MBA. Hope this answer your question..

  • @theCorporateDiaries

    Dear, if you are a fresher, then please prepare for aptitude, reason is, regardless of what job profile you are applying, first round of interview is "aptitude test" for freshers as there are very less technical skills that they can be judged on. So most companies take route of aptitude, though its not followed by 100% companies, but mostly and to be on safer side its a good idea to prepare.. All the best!!

  • @theCorporateDiaries

    @theCorporateDiaries

    2 жыл бұрын

    Dear Ravi, "ensured selection" in companies is a very strange question, as even for the students who studied and did projects nicely, no one can guarantee/ensure the job. The best you can do is: 1. Get clarity on which exact "job " you want to do.. I mean just saying job in IT industry is not enough, get clear on the job profile web developer, java developer, python developer, Testing, IT admin... exactly which profile.. (there are many videos on my channel if you don't know how to decide on this) 2. Then prepare just for that profile, this will save your time as you will not be reading everything, your learning will be focused and you will get more results 3. Design your resume as per that job profile, your resume will automatically become strong, as most freshers do a very generic resume, which gives no clear sign of what they want to do.. 4. Once you sit in interview with all this clarity, you have already impressed the interviewer by 50%.. Sample resumes and detailed step by step process on preparing job is already available on my app, you can download it. Hope this answer helps!! All the best!!
