👍Hi mam, you give alway useful information for us But you speak continuously without any pause or break or slowly and I feel lake of understanding But you are doing great work👍
Point no. 5 is awesome, I did this mistake & have deep regret for it. You're doing great serving to the society by making videos on these much much much essential topics. I purposefully used the word "society" because ultimately their families are going to be benefitted and happy if they do well in their jobs. So, you'll get blessings from all of them. Please keep running this channel, it has precious content. Everybody can't be able to produce videos even though they have knowledge. Career guidance/counsellors charges heftily for this info which you're providing free. You cover the points in videos which generally can't be vocalized by many of the top-level recruiter/corporate employees etc. If someone would just watch your all videos, he/she definitely jump on the next level in his/her career... Going to subscribe your channel. A BIG thank you :) ...
Sweet ,Simple and straightforward that's what I love in this channel 👍
Very helpful, thank you
Really informative 👍
Great efforts mam. You make each thing crystal clear 🙏🏻.
Thanks!
Wow, gr8 videos, gr8 tips for freshers specially, one who follows these advices can shine in their career. Ammazzzingg
Woow thank you so much mam...🤩🤩🤩
Your videos are very helpful.. Thankyou so much mam..
your suggestions are amazing madam. please keep on making this kind of helpful videos. thanks
Thank you so much for this video, this resonates very well with what I went through and what I have become today. Would like to share my personal experience and some opinion to you and to all the viewers. I used to be the one who lacked in point of not highlighting my hard work, not asking for more, not preparing well before negotiating. But now I have surpassed all my inferior feelings and not negotiating about all the self negative thoughts but have become more professional and think that salary is what we deserve for all the hard work we do. The last point was bang on the bulls eye, we do understand our own potential but we do not value it and sometimes do not trust our own abilities while negotiating salary. First and foremost in order to get the best salary in the industry, we have to be best in technical or any specific skills in our role and the role we are applying (so we should stick to one expertie rather than becoming jack of all things). So keep upgrading our skills and knowledge on and on and on.... Secondly we have to present ourselves in such a way that we know things, and many a times I felt that after the interview that I could have put across this point this way or that way, or I should have highlighted in this way or that. The point is we have to ensure that we present ourselves to the best for the interview we are the best candidate available and we have the right skills that he or she is looking for. Thirdly, preparation and preparation. We might be good in many things but good preparation always pays off. Be it technical skills, soft skills or behavioral skills or any kind of anticipated question like why are you looking for change? why was there gap in your career? why should we hire you? etc. I worked on all my shortcomings and I am super confident in demanding the salary I deserve. Because job is always a mutual benefit, it should not be one way not just for companies or not just for the employee. All the best.

Thanks dear..
the start up product companies will pay you less if you are initial year of your career, I would suggest only take those jobs if you are desperate. otherwise try MNCs
Maam can you make a video about the students who haven't got the job from college placement and still searching the job and haven't got it.....

Dear Himanshu, most of the videos on my channel are for "IT freshers" only..
MNCs, Only provide 30% hike on your basic salary. don't include variable salary. it is better to switch mnc every year to get more exposure.
@theCorporateDiaries
Жыл бұрын
Dear, thats a untrue assumption, I myself have give 30% even much more than 30% hike on the overall CTC. It depends how was your performance in the interview and what budget company has.
❤️
But I have a doubt...sometimes switching to competitors will label you as ..person who is with no integration....How to defend this situation
I was doing mechanical engineering but it was very tough for me so after trying a lot I left it after 6 years and took admission in BCA. Here I got distinction. I am in final year now. Next month, there are campus placements in my college. Am i eligible to sit in campus?because gap is 6 years.please guide me
