I used to be an A category guy. 18 yrs across 3 multinationals awarded 3 consecutive years best sales guy and employee of the year yet was never acknowledged by my boss and always credit was stolen for all the work I did. He kept rising but I was just getting awards but promotions were never on the cards for me. I got frustrated to the core and then left and started my own busuness for the past one year. Today I have a team of 20 people with two other partners with me. I kept struggling on the people handling part as I guess I was never taught how to handle people. This video gave me the critical understanding of what went wrong when I was working and how I should be looking at my people when I lead today. Thank you so much. This was Gold.
This will not work in real life scenario, because A type people work with A type company. And some businesses can’t afford to pay more so they get what they pay for. Appreciation is okay but at the end only one thing matter is how much you are paying. And one more reason A company not only pay your more but give you better perks, facilities and work life balance. Which 70% companies failed to give.

If they are A players and bringing in business, why not pay them equivalent to A type company? These people are like 4-5% of your entire workforce, so you can afford it easily.
You have given a lot of clarity to understand different types of colleagues in our team. Thank you so much. MPTY Rajiv!❤🙏👍

Great One Rajiv, I guess you are the best in business training. Keep educating people who is in need 👍
This is an eye opener, especially when you said: "Fairness is treating people differently, according to what they deserve." In this 14 mins, I just revisited a lot of mistakes I have made & where I went wrong, what could have been done better had I known this at that time. Thanks for this Rajiv!
This is an eye opener for me. As a leader, I was making grave mistakes. Thank you for the guidance.

The first video I've watched of yours Rajiv, very nice! Love the matrix structure you've used to demarcate the type of people, very relatable. Plan to watch some more of your videos now.
Absolute gold !! Hats off to the analogies used
Truely a master piece video which is brought out the real crux what’s leadership !! I am pity that most of the people in leadership goes with the last one and make managers which damages the entire organisation!! Thanks for speaking out loud. Hope this reaches out well further !!

Thank you.
What a great speech. It truly shows the situation I am facing since 30 years. I am consultant, so I come and go. But I have seen so many capable people, quit their job in their mind, just costing money and prohibiting any progress. Only because their managers are incapable to motivate and to give in that they are not expert of the topic they are responsible for.
Today, for the first time, I feel guilt-free after firing an employee. The guilt complex was sitting in my head for almost 4 years. I feel relieved now. Thank You, Rajiv!

Don't bother about the commentary of those who haven't don't anything meaningful in their own lives and just preach moral sciences to others Manish... I'm glad you feel relieved... The fact that you carried the guilt for firing someone clearly shows you genuinely cared... But sometimes we have people who we have to let go because no amount of mentoring and handholding works for them...

Just one word superb.
Really impressive
I'm highly capable, but low commitment. I definitely have an ego and respond to challenges (within reason). I don't get along with leadership who tries to get me to submit. I polish my resume and leave. However, someone who respects and values me, and gives me opportunities to grow, I make quarries out of mountains for.

Choose your manager, not your job.. He is not my manager.. May be this is great session to watch.. Practically it is impossible.. Do this guy aware of how much expensive is recruiting? Company will shout down in 6 months.. And the bitter truth is most managers are waste resources for the company.. If one who knows nothing will become a manager..
Excellent...teaches us how to divide a complex team to understand them and more importantly using techniques to handle people with varying capabilities and commitment ❤
Very out standing video which will give very clear guidance to Mangers for deal with their different type of team members.
Thank you sir for your very valuable advice 🙏

Wow sir I was at A category I was doing all my teams work but I never had a discussion with my manager on how to treat people, this training is eye opener for me thanks for sharing
This kickstarted few things for me. Including my experience as a manager and kind of toxic people I have worked with. But definitely a thinking point this is for me.
This is superb explanation and have seen these 4 categories and companies going down...... Due to lack of understanding
Great insight Rajeev. Appreciated
Good talk, Big Bro! I've found myself in 3 of those spots. Never in A, yet. This is good clarity on where I've been failing.
Sir, your videos are full of clarity that opens up blockages. I would like to request you to make a content for employees side as well. And show their perspective towards boss and what are the categories of business owners. Thank you so much
Wonderful session
Please create a similar video which tells us about management/boss and how to handle them.
Very well explained. I have come across all 4 types in my professional journey.

You are a Superman....keep educating..... from PK
There are introverts who only do their work but never poke their nose in any thing or they not even hang out with team. But the thing is they never get well appreciated by the team leader or managers as they are silent heroes. But remember, they are the building blocks of your company.
rajiv ji i learnt to appreciate n promote the actual capables n how to win them
I love this: Your personality breeds your kind of people!!! 100% on EGO!!!

Wow! Gratitude🙏🙂👍 So clear and useful session
Superb explanation and good training content delivered in short time.
Good video, but as an English speaker, and because the title is in English, it’s misleading that 20% of the video is not in English. This is a missed opportunity. I would suggest adding subtitles next time.
Thank you! Honestly , Learnt a lot from this single video !
