Ma'am sorry to say but HR persons are very dishonest and strangely they are looking for employees with integrity, simplicity, working hard and skillful. My HR Denied my offer letter, govt passed current account salary check from my previous job stating that we can't verify this and we cannot give you your expected salary but we can just offer you less salary from your previous salary. But others got hike from their previous salary. We are doing the same work, same time. Ma'am I would say HR are much dishonest at their job and towards society. How can I renegotiate after joining? I am very simple person and dedicated to my job.

That's the reality in Indian market, HRs have negotiation criteria with all your weak points, one of it is previous salary. If you really feel you have more worth, try switching companies but frequent than others 😮

HR is honest to it's companies emploer, not to it's company employees. Job done.
if company does not give performance related bonus ....what to do if management follows pick and choose policy to give bonus to employees ? kindly tell me about the remedy

Good question Gaurav! Talk to the top management responsible for this decision. Try to find out the real reason behind this. At time businesses struggle with cash flow. Clarify the scenarios in which you will become eligible for a bonus.
