Excellent info. From the beginning of my career, I took a concious decision of 'NOT to do TOO well' in my career. Although, I am still doing regular job, I focused on financial freedom. Even if I am fired at this moment, I can maintain my lifestyle without working.

In my current company within 3 year of experience I am learning lot of things like what senior team lead does that everything I am doing now. I am just using this opportunity only as ladder for my dream job.

the number is the problem, we don`t know what number is enough to move aside from this. i`ve been laid off in april 2023 and i`ve been idle since then. loosing confidence on myself.

To grow in career what is good go for master or do multiple certification, diploma courses.

Dear, there is only 1 way and its during the interview only, you have to directly ask the "hiring manager" , that what are your key problems/issues, which you want to be solved by the this new hire.. Mostly they will say the true things and you can modify/tweak your answers accordingly..

Maine toh B.A kiya haan distance mode se mere liye toh ek hi rasta haan. Ab sales ki job hi mil jaye toh wo bhi bohot badi baat haan

enough is not enough as inflation reduces saving and investment require lot of money to get regular income to enjoy as second job salary and that too not fixed.

1).you have to use company of 1st step for your own plan. You are using this company (Don't feel victim mentality) 2)don't trap in brand company. Know your own perpous why your joining now Search how this company fit your perpous 3) you can make passive income Search must why, why you are joining 4).Location of company fits your plan 5) 5)
