Thank you so much I'm preparing to apply for my 1st ever job. People have scared most of us gen Z that corporate world is hell so these key points are helping me understand what I should be looking for. Ofc I'm not expecting any miracle when systems are so broken but hopefully we will get as many of these ticked in the checklist for a sustainable growth of everyone.
You are a smooth talker. Perfect for corporate HR. Good points 👍
in my career of 16 years with multiple jobs, I have come across a single job that has all these points or even 30 percent of these points.

I had all.these previleges ... But all of a sudden the same job turned toxic ... Just because people around changed and most importantly because a new boss took over ... I would take responsibility for not changing with the situation .. but then i cannot be so unprofessional, toxic, backstabbing, and play blame games - as my boss expects me to do .. i have accepted the situatuon, trading my reputation i had built for years ...
Useful, as always...
As youtube can guess what is going on in our mind so it recommends the best relevant videos accordingly. As always she is doing a great job sharing real life hacks. Keep it up 💪💯
These are really valuable and well presented, many times your videos gives me right direction
Another excellent quality video..👍👍👍
These points actually told me that I work in a toxic environment😂

My job have all these in DXC but leaving it only because of salary... Poor me😞.. Worked here for 4 years... Miss dxc...
This left me wondering in my thoughts. I have most of these except maybe 6. and 9. But mam, you missed a huge point, what about learning (in a tech role its really imp, right?), what if the learning is not that good, and one is not able to master any single tech stack or framework, coz they need to work different tech stacks. Fomo starts to creep in , as we see our peers also grow. Another point ( maybe less imp) is that the monetory growth may not be that good.

Thanks Mam, For making videos on these topics. It helps to guide thorough the corporate atmosphere.
7:03 This one... 9th point, this literally reminds me of my school days. If we get any off period, even then they'll assign us something useless. The same thing my managers do. And I hate it
Glad to be in such a company 😊
I have all at my job except number 9. We always have work to do though 😂 the only thing I don’t like is I work later into the day than I would like to and the pay could be more

I worked as a 3D artist and finding new jobs os extremely difficult. Because this is a very Rare unique field. Not many opportunities in india also No respect for artists in india. I got exploited on my very first job. I'm now looking towards Data analytics
Actually a very nice channel 😊 very great ❤
Mam,as alead manager , they will micro manage our activities to analyse the productivity by time log in, leave plans, meeting proactiveness right???
The points that you explained in this video does not exists in any corporate company, it exists only when one is running own grocery shop

Hi varsha please make a video on pros and cons of working as a TPR
Please make a video on pros and cons from switching to devops from java fullstack as a 9 months fresher and future scope in terms of salary growth considering nature of work and AI raise
My previous job just opposite to all your point :)
these signs are indicative of a dream job
i have sign #3 #7
All I could say that these points looks good on paper, but on real grounds what matters is your need and your circumstances. Some times your need is peace of mind, some time you require money. And no job have all the green flags I believe.
I have all these points in my job, that's why I am leaving the job To get out of my comfortable zone😄

Doing the right thing to get out of your Comfort zone. You can be loyal to company but company is never loyal to you. Look for money. Position and power comes along
It does not depend on the company,it depends on the project and manager
In which format we should keep our resume in naukri & linkedIn. Docx or pdf
When servers go down for hours then alternative should exist too? Alternative for each and every thing already in corporate then why not in technology too??
Once you start working for any company and work properly you achieve the same situation in a year. What she is saying is sign of comfort zone. If you don’t get enough hike then what’s the worth. If company says that i will never fire you then maybe ??
😊
In my company everything is good and will be good but salary keeps on stagnation, what should i do?
all boxes checked
u can try new location now, this background feels monotonous now,.. but overall very nice all videos
I started my career in Genpact at a salary of 96000/- per year, no insurance, no family cover, no appreciation, no leaves, no respect, always misbehaved by native employees, despite being top performer i received very little rewards, almost no financial reward, Toxic managers, rude HR department and still managed to complete 5 years, did not receive my gratuity amount

i work in company where atleast 7-8 out of 10 points is there but still i want to switch . Am i wrong in my thinking then ? Let me add real meaningful point #11 11. You get paid according to your skill and market standard .
How many years of experience you have?
Hi Varsha, currently I'm searching for a job. Sometimes I get call from HR and an interview will be scheduled, post the interview they say they'll get back to me for next round but they don't. In this situation is contacting them after 2 weeks of time or after somedays is okay or will that impact negatively if I contact them?
@theCorporateDiaries

I was waiting for a dare devil to give this advice to Gen Z. Hats off Varsha. ❤ Dear Kids, most of the times it's too late, when you realise stress free work environment is far more important than money. The money you earn in toxic environment can not cure your BP, Diabetes & so on.
How do you know its a good job - unless you move around.
Why was a vedio like this not made 50 years ago itself? Future generations are already aware of such things it the the previous generations that have suffered the maximum?

Switching jobs was not the trend 50 years ago
Hi Varsha Ma'am. I gave 2 rounds of interview nicely but they are now saying my profile is on hold as interviews are going on for other 2 vacancies of 3. Is this a red flag, that I should stop waiting for them?
@theCorporateDiaries

Dear, in such situations there is no guarantee that they will come back to you, they might or might not.. so its always better to move on and continue your job search.. do not depend on this company at all.. wish you the best!!
