Toxic work culture and one sided employee laws arethe reason behind people quitting corporate job forever. The is equal risk is doing and job and starting your own business considering the present layoff scenario. The job market is overcrowded too and everyone demands experience for entry level jobs. Freshers are expected to relocate and work for free. 100 hours is the new working standard. 17 hours a day and 6 days a week Moreover the need to ask for permission to go to the washroom and constant Micromanagement is a reason too. Too many factors are responsible for this.

Micromanagement... Short Staffed Overworked... Burnedout... Rising Cost of Living... out of reach cost of housing in metro cities... no way up... increments lower than inflation

95% of people tolerate toxicity and health issues, and insults in workplace as they have parents, kids school fees and loans to pay. Full stop. This is common culture. I have seen managers and companies taking advantage as they know person can't leave or will be in trouble and taken advantage. This is corporate India.

Many a times people quit their jobs due to the toxic corporate environment and culture. They would rather become enterpruners and stand on their own.

Absolutely, empowerment in wrong hands becoming common these days, which results in incompetent managers who spoils it for everyone..

People do not want to work or not try for jobs... due to their current happy state of mind. Mobile and KZread content releases enough Dopamine and adrenaline to be satisfied in life which was earlier hard to get. Example - Earlier people worked hard to travel but now they can watch and experience any place just by watching Vlog. earlier life was Job, money, friends, and Spouse-centric but now it is mobile-centric. In brief - Anythings which cause stress, people do not want to associate with it.

Being downskilled is reason to leave. Companies demand every skill under the sun, then expect you to be OK with letting those skills atrophy. Your career can't afford that.

the great resignation news and videos on youtube added fuel to the resignations. but soon those people will regret not having a job or no income source after trying their side gigs/ventures. On top of that, people who want to join corporate again, and how are experienced with over 10 years wont get jobs in this market. Market is really bad. Its better to stay in the toxic job than being income less.

Reason: Social Media and influencers make working people feel that they are earning in lakhs without any efforts, this makes working crowd to feel bad about their jobs. Now a days these influencers made this 9-5 jobs bad.

No job is dream job.. Today's market is full collapse job market with full politics..

Massive layoffs are also one of the reasons. People are now not considering lucrative jobs as safe anymore. AI can be a major reason behind that.

This is worst time for white collar jobs, micro management, short staff, workload selfish managers supported by blood sucking HR low salary, worst condition

All the points discussed in this video are in line with my personal experience and thank you for sharing this.

I will agree with you on this,there is no perfect work culture.

I am yet to see another KZreadr who can put so much of relevant topics with such accuracy in the facts and solutions suggested. I have downloaded some of her videos, and I play it multiple time just to get mind adjusted to the reality she outlines. It truly a great talent to churn out videos of this quality. I think its very personal, for me my negative boss is major reason to quit good profile, interacting and working with him has given me anxiety for some time. Which actually made me opt for lower hike in smaller company i hope it works for me

A good friend of mine recently quit his well-secured, high-paying job, which shocked me. It's surprising that people do leave their dream jobs! I've been job hunting for almost a year!

There is nothing like a perfect workplace..if u r able to perform as per company's expectations n if u r lucky that company is sustainable and doesnt layoff employees n if they do u r sooo good that you arent affected...count ur blessings and thank ur stars...dont burn bridges impulsively n dont get too pushy on an internal move or relocation or team change or even a promotion or higher rating/ hike and even a loooooong vacation....Now is not the time my friend....now is definitely not the time..now is d time to be low key humble and pleasing to work with. P.S: This might not apply to folks for whom job is a secondary income or u have generational wealth or u r sooo competent or needed in d market that u can switch every few months with no trouble at all.

Mam can you please guide me regarding the LOI, company said that they will provide me a letter of intent in which i have to work for 6 month as a trainee the salary will be provide and after that they will provide me a offer letter where i have to work there atlest for 6 month then the pf and medical will be deducted and other formal documentation will happen ,so it’s a 1 year kind of thing which is not a contract i believe but help me to know more about this situation because i have no idea how to tackle this, should i accept the loi or not

i gave interview in MO last month in mega drive got selected for the Dat Sales and its been almost going to be a month waiting for Offer letter .😢whenever i call them they say sir is out or busy and give a certain date but when i call then they give another date 😢first i got contact of a certain HR of the same comp regarding offer letter she said 'that dep isnt under me and ignored my request"atleast give contact number or inform the HR about the situation.

I do not expect this from a viewer of my channel, in almost every video I say "no company is perfect" so please do not idealize or chase companies, be selfish and just work on your skillset, love your skills not companies... FYI- Google fired thousands of employees in 2023-24(so far)

No perfect job is exist whether it is private or govt ...as I got many feedback from people who are in different fields they are simply doing thier job for money to survive in this world that's it 😔 Sad reality is these things are not even told by school or college... only after finishing that we come to know the reality ...these insistution just preach about how to get high marks 🙃🤦
