Hi Varsha, thank you for great videos. I need your help to answer the following guestion: I've started working for a company like 3 month now. The salary is good, but I do not enjoy my job even a drop, sometimes I feel a lot of stress and have collegues whom almost never see as most of us work remotely. I cant stand joining the meetings as that means a lot extra tasks for me to complete. My manager is lazy and throws all his tasks on me. Is this company right for me, or will it become right in the future after several months maybe ? Does it worth to me to continue there because of good salary ?

Hello ma'am, I quit my job a year and a half ago to prepare for an exam for higher studies but it did not workout. Like you always mentioned in your other videos to always be honest about it. What if the interviewer asks about chances of preparing again in future, how am I suppose to convince them? Also, in one of the video you said it is better to not disclose about having plans of higher studies. Can you please guide ma'am? I would be be grateful if you can share some insights

One of the reason people dont join and dont know about these companies because they may be at very starting stage of their business or may have not grown in the span of years. Its always better to chose brand cause it creates your individual brand too and offer perks like good salary, stability, exposure.

Dont choose to work in small unknown companies by yourself unless they come to college and hire you or you have a referral who knows your work style. Avoid them at all costs.

Helpful. Kindly make video on how to find these list of these companies and evaluate. Mostly brands are everywhere but where to find these companies?

Small great companies are also looking for big brand names in your CV. If you have a big brand name in your CV ,it indicates that you are at some capacity in terms of knowledge and background. Smaller companies gives better package to people coining from big known brands.

Where to find these companies if they are not so popular ?
