Are the two Pin headers (J1) to the left of the PUMP, CPU headers, for those two pin temperature probes that come with the board? I have this board but I've misplaced the manual, thanks for the video.

I know b550 are old news, but I bought the b550m pro vdh, and wasn't sure if I needed a bios update to run the 5000 series, so I bought on aliexpress a ryzen 5 3600 for 70$ instead and will update down the line for a r7 5800x3D or 5700x3D when they'll be cheaper. Ill already have the bios updated, since the r5 3600 is still fairly powerful. I can't wait to build it.

That hardest part is the streaming entire world to you as you fly over it. I sorta miss the entire game world sitting in my fast sss that didn't needs 99% of it streamed.

The ASRock B560 Pro4 seems a better comparison. Their Pro4 boards are pretty cheap, but not absolute bottom of the barrel like the HDV board you reviewed. I got my B560M Pro4 for 80 Euros two years ago, so I think it compares well to the others in this lineup.

@@michubern1444 it is. Im building a new pc. I choose it because 5800x3d cost just $us30 lesser here, and even if I downgrade to 7600x or a 5700x3d i will save just about $150, since i am already spending some $1050 then i think why not a little more for future proofing and a lot of extra power.

Crazy to me. I have asus tuff z690 i7-12700k 32gb 3200 mhz rtx3080ti and a 500gb nvme os drive and a secondary 1tb sad but only get 25-30 fps on MSFS 4K mostly max settings I do use a lot of add on scenery’s and use the pmdg 737 as well as the fenix a320 the 500 gb car is maxed out at 97% but that was before the frame gen mod and dlss tweak to v3.7 now everything is maxed out and in 4K I can get about 60-80fps with run time in the sim 12-36 hours load times for the sim are about 5 or so minutes if anyone has questions or suggestions please don’t hesitate to ask below

Thanks for the vid. Turns out my new build is in a Jonsbo C6 Mesh. Had a surplus Corsair H60 2018 but this case doesn't support AIO's. I am not gaming. It will strictly be a HTPC, with an i5 1440 w/UHD Graphics. Cooler clearance recommended for Jonsbo is <75mm, intel's is listed a 47mm. If it doesn't work out I can try the coolermaster mATX cases.

Horrible, buy a thermal grizzly support, i've drop 25° on 13900K OC with MSI board. Worst socket created by Intel for $£€ I'm not recommending doing what you see in this video. Socket support AND AIO update support doing great. This is only "DIY"

What happened to build picker? It was active and lively from what I could tell then it just fell of the map, and I can't seem to get a answer to it. It seemed that it was popular then they just stopped uploading and they even lost their site.

Honestly it will do just fine out of the box. Main thing is to make sure it will boot to full power which relies on your PL1 and PL2 settings, and adequate cooling on the CPU.

3600 cl16 is the sweet spot with gaming, but i run cl19 ddr4 4400 mhz ram at reduced Dram frequency at max ddr4 4266. Basic frequency ddr4 3600 cl19

I'm sad to say this, but even the Tuf version is very poorly & cheaply made, i would not recommend the B560 for it, as one of the ram slots got overheated & stopped working completely after just one month of use & i got mine brand new, it overheats quite easily under heavy loads That being said, i got mine for around 80 usd dirt cheap, There are better motherboards around for the quality & reliability but you probably have to pay a hefty (Z490 or Z590 if you want best of the best reliability & games lot & do lot of artisting & 3D + Multitasking, mining etc)

I had 64gb of DDR4 4400 when I upgraded to the 13700k. It was 2 separate 32gb kits that worked fine at full speed on my old 10850k. I could not get them to go over 3600 Gear 2 with all 4 in the z790 board. I was disappointed. They ran at 4400 in gear 2 when I just ran 2 sticks instead of 4. I needed the 64gb though so I ordered a 2x32 3600 kit of ram from the supported list for my motherboard. I've been able to get it up to 4200 in Gear 1 stable since the last bios update for my motherboard and I couldn't be happier. I had been wondering if I should have just bought a new board and went with DDR5 6400, and from what I'm seeing in your testing, I am just fine where I am. Thank you very much for your efforts and for sharing your results with the rest of us.

Very helpful video. Thanks for taking the time to do this. Have you made a video on picking the best flight sim components (ie: yoke, stick, pedals, etc.) And have you made one for the best monitors for MSFS. I wonder how much these recommendations will change with MSFS 2024 coming out soon.
