Love you're 40 - minute Cardio Kickboxing workout no equipment needed High & low impact options it is a great workout to do especially at home and the exercises are really fun to especially the cardio kickboxing that is a really fun one to do it is a brilliant workout and it's one I would definitely recommend

I've always loved these cardio kickboxing classes but these just keep getting better and better! I'm a sucker for a longer combo and this one delivers! Kept my heart rate way up without being too exhausting. Plus it was really great kicking out that residual quad pain from yesterday's class!

This was such a fun class! Punching and kicking makes me feel strong 💪🏻. I wear 1 lb weighted gloves. I used to feel like I was going to die when I first started but now I’m okay wearing them. But I definitely worked up a sweat and felt great afterwards. 🎉

This cardio kickboxing session felt great this Saturday morning, after an intense week. I always love the energy you put into these workouts and words of advice, motivation and feel good moments (plenty of these). I laughed when I saw the added comment during cooldown: ' this is not a code to hit stop and have a shower' :)))

I'm going to attempt my own 14 day challenge -- try to make up all the classes i missed while I was sick before Niagra!! Probably not possible, because I only have 11 days, and there are 25 missed classes. OK, not possible at all. Hm, well, I'll think of something. Loved this kickboxing.
