I have been teaching Group Fitness for 30 years and Personal Training for 22 years. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and have been Certified multiple times in Group fitness formats such as Yoga, cardio kickboxing, Body Pump, Pilates, Barre, Cycling and every type of aerobics you can think of.

I love the community of people from all over the world who wake up and workout with me for my free daily workouts!

    This was such a great workout. I took your advice and challenged myself and I’m glad I did. I did moves I didn’t think I could do and made it through them. I was a hot sweaty mess as I do these in the Florida heat and humidity and in my garage.

    This was my first LIVE and I could not have picked a better one. I did have to modify some things but not as much as I thought I was going to have to modify and the best part of all was that I made it the entire 60 minutes. So, thank you, thank you thank you. You guys are the best!!!

    I started working out with Chris about a year ago. When I did step workouts, I stuck to basic/fast basic and was very intimidated by the more advanced moves. I started dipping my toe in the basic/intermediate and then eventually the intermediate/advanced. Doing today's workout made me realize how far I've come! I was able to anticipate what the intermediate version of the moves would be and knew the names of almost all the moves - I think the German foot slapping move was a new one for me 😄

    So I just went through hurricane Beryl yesterday in Jamaica. It wasn't bad and all I wanted was to relax my mind and body with a little workout. Go figure. Thank you Chris for allowing me to have a place where I feel comfortable just to do me.

    My hips have been very tight lately and this felt so good! Appreciated your mammogram story - I also passed out during one of mine and freaked out the technician! Now I always warn them and they let me sit down between images. Being a woman is so much fun 😝

    So Fun!! I tried this workout one night after work, and just could not get the choreo. So I switched to an easirer workout. But I rememberd that it was really fun, so I tried it this morning with my full brain capacity, and did it. I love the variety, so I can always find a workout that fits what I can do that day!!

    This is my new favorite! Fast and fun. Outside on my deck, in the shade but 93 degrees and humid. Was so focused on keeping up, I forgot about the temperature. Great workout Chris and Amanda. I just turned 70 and still enjoy this. Blessed to have you helping me stay healthy. Thank you!,
