Legs and abs together is such a great combo. Audree is reinforcing my new belief that it's a compliment be recognized as older, not told you seem young. Anyone can be fit and cute in their 30s and 40s. Thriving in your 50s - 100s -- that is the accomplishment.

I really liked this workout! You and Audrey were a great team. I hear so many people 50 and up saying that they can’t get into shape and have so many excuses. I’m turning 48 in 2 months so definitely closer to 50 myself, and it is possible. As others like Audrey, Donna, and many other grandparents who are in the CDorner Family show, age is just a number. It’s possible to be active and stay active. I plan on being like Audrey when I’m fixing to turn 69 🎉
My first live Monday. Audrey's smile is so uplifting, and wow, she is so toned. Chris love your laughter. (You, of course are amazingly toned: Goals) Thank you for always giving great reminders about body alignment. Lou wins the cuteness award for sure. I didn’t have a lot of time so this was perfect! I love that you alternate the longer full body with the shorter upper and lower body segments. It really helps me to squeeze a workout in when I don’t have an hour!
