If anyone out there is thinking of starting but worried you do not have what it takes- YOU DO! These are the perfect way to start and see results by being consistent. I do them in my office at lunch. 10 to 20 minutes a day. You owe it to yourself to see what you can do! I lLOVE MadFit- thank you!!. So start this week, so by next week you are already a week in! Yess we do have what it takes,and yes we owe it to ourselfs ❣️❣️ i so much agree. Really Been feeling good when i started training. I was depressed and when i started to go to the gym my mental health is waayy better than what it was. really if you are beginner this really are good way to start! MadFit is a great channel to watch,and learn. U can do it easily in home u don't have to go to the gym. God Bless all of you🙏

That was the FASTEST 15 min workout ever! I loved every bit of it. Great transition from one exercise to the next. Love how it's simple yet intense. The little tips on posture that is just dropped here and there are SO HELPFUL! The time is perfect for me. Its not dreadful to do. I have only been doing mad fit videos for about a month, combing through what I like and what works for me. I am excited to do these workouts ( and I despise exercise) but these videos are fire. THANK YOU!
Right before this I was doing a regular laying down abs workout and I was really not enjoying it. Being on my back makes me lazy and always ends up giving me a headache. I am really excited to keep trying your weighted standing abs workouts! It’s really helpful when you give those small snippets on form because I think this first time around I struggled to feel it in my abs, but I hope to better my form next time!

This standing abs workout was a bit tough or I am out of shape not exercising for 3 days. It was intense as I like them - I had drop down a size weight for the arm punches. Anything to flatten that inner tube of mine! Thanks Maddie!

I combine this with your other standing ab workout, I love it! When I first started a month ago I did stumble and lose balance quite a bit, now I find I'm more stable so it definitely works!
I love this new standing abs class. I’ve done your other standing abs classes. They are pretty good. But, I would have to say this one was new and a little bit of a challenge. Loved it! I always do the these abs classes side-by-side with the floor routine, as always, great work madfit

Really enjoying your workouts. I only started doing this kind of workout about six months ago, especially using weights, which I'd never used before. I've been using videos targeted at older women (as well as going to a weekly class), and those are great. But I wanted to add in something a little more challenging, even though I'm almost 70, and yours are perfect for me. Feeling fitter and stronger than ever :)
